Изобретение относитс к порошковой металлургии, в частности к спеченным антифрикционным материалам на основе железа. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение антифрикционных и физико-механических свойств. Предложенный материал имеет следующий состав, мас.% : графит 1-3, медь 2-4, дисульфид молибдена 3-5, фтористый кальций 0,5-1,5, олово 0,5-1,5, ванадий 0,3-0,5, бор 0,04-0,06, железо остальное. Предложенный материал имеет более высокую твердость, прочность, износостойкость и более низкий коэффициент трени . 1 табл.This invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular sintered iron-based antifriction materials.
