Description

The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to machines for harvesting root crops, mainly sugar beet.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of cleaning.

Root harvesting machine is schematically shown in the drawing (general side view).

Root harvesting machine contains a frame 1 mounted on the wheels 2, digging the working bodies 3, the beater 4, the separator 5 formed by the rollers. A cylindrical brush 6 is installed above the middle of the sloping receiving part of the separator 5, and on the top of the separator 5 there is a thrower 7 of root crops, made in the form of a paddle beater. The base of the falling part of the separator 5 is the transverse conveyor 8, over which there are two driving cylindrical brushes 9, which have an opposite direction of rotation and are formed by elastic rods. Under the brushes 9, a gable chute 10 is installed, consisting of two planes mounted pivotally on an axis and interconnected by a mechanism 11 for adjusting the angle of their inclination.
