На фиг, г) показано использование устройства с гщ,шм простыл /стройство очистки. Гибкие трубопроводы 5 установлены на концах пр мого narpv6K3 1, содержащего устройство 3 очистки, до упора во фланец 2.
После установки на место внешнего охватывающего элемента 6 сжатие сокраН дающегос  полимера обеспечивает насаживание стенки гибких трубопроводов 5   зонах FK4 при этом стенка зажимаетс  между жестким внутренним патрубком 1 и внешним охватывающим элементом 6.

На фиг. 6 показано применение устройства соединени  дл  выполнени  ответвлени . Основные гибкие трубопроводы и трубопроводы 5 ответвлени  установлены на соответствую ветв х жесткого внутреннего патрубка 1 Т-образной формы до упора во фланцы 2.
В этом случае внешний охватывающий элемент 6 сформован в описанных выгае услови х дл  прижати  стенок концов гибких трубопроводов 5 к жесткому внутреннему патрубку 1. В этом выполнении внутренний патрубок 1 Т-образной формы имеет выемки 4, улучшающие механическое соединение с концами основных и отвод щих гибких трубопроводов 5.
На фиг. 7 показано применение устройства соединени  дл  сложного отвода .
Между жестким внутренним патрубком 1 Х-образной формы и внутренним покрытием концов гибких трубопроводов 5, а также между пнешним охватываю- , щим элементом 6 и внешним покрытием концов гибких трубопроводов 5 имеетс  , кле щее вещество, причем кле щее ве- гцество может быть идентичным или различным по составу в зависимости от типа смесей на основе резины, из которых выполнены гибкие трубопроводы.
На фиг. 8 показано применение устройства соединени  дл  монтажа в той же зоне одного ответвлени  и одного устройства 3 очистки.
На фиг. 9 показано устройство соединени  простого трубопровода 5 с обычным металлическим наконечником 8 прибора или механизма двигател , причем наконечник 9 должен быть съемным дл  помещени  в форму вместе с концом гибкого трубопровода 6, так как он играет роль внутреннего патрубка.

В описанных вариантах исполнени  выемки 4, фланцы 2, кле щее вещество 7 между внутренним покрытием концов гибких трубопроводов 5 и внутренним патрубком 1 и/или между внешним покрытием концов указанных гибких трубопроводов 5 и внешним охватывающим элементом 6 могут быть использованы отдельно или в совокупности в различных простых или сложных формах соединени  и ответвлени . Способ изготовлени  устройства соединени  и/или ответвлени  дл  гибких трубопроводов, заключающийс  в размещении конца гибкого трубопровода на внутреннем патрубке, имеющем кольцевые утолщени  на наружной поверхнос- ти, в отливке в форме наружного полимерного элемента, закреплении его на наружной поверхности трубопровода в зоне его соединени  и в одновременной с этим гор чен посадке гибкой трубы JQ на внутренний патрубок, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью повышени  надежности и облегчени  надевани  концов гибких трубопроводов, наружный элемент подвергают термообра- 15
    ботке и охлаждению до получени  усадки не менее 1%.
    2. Устройство соединени  и/или ответвлени  дл  гибких трубопроводов, содержащее внутренний жесткий патрубок с кольцевыми утолщени ми на наружной поверхности, закрепленный на нем гибкий трубопровод и полимерный обжимной элемент, отличающее- с   тем, что, с целью повышени  надежности и обеспечени  легкого надевани  концов гибких трубопроводов, обжимной элемент выполнен из полиамида 66 с коэффициентом усадки не менее 1%.
