PE 파이프 연결장치

본 고안은 PE파이프의 연결장치에 관한 것이다. PE파이프는 수지접착제로 접착이 용이한 PVC파이프와는 달리 내구성이 크며 동파에 강한 잇점이 있으나 수지접착제만으로 연결이 불가능하여 수요가 많은 상수도급수관으로 사용이 불가능한 점이 있다. 따라서 파이프양단을 슬리이브로 삽입하는 방법으로 지하 케이블 배관 또는 짧은 길이의 것만을 요구하는 곳에 사용할 수 밖에 없으나 지하케이블배관의 경우 열팽창 또는 수축에 따라서 연결부분에 이탈되는 문제점을 감수하여야 하였다.
본 고안에 있어서는 이와같은 PE파이프의 성질상 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로, 간단한 구조의 연결장치를 제공하므로서 PE파이프의 신뢰가능한 연결이 이루어질 수 있도록하므로서 내성과 동파에 약한 PVC파이프를 대신하여 급수배관용으로 이용이 가능하도록한 것인바 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
내부에 환상플랜지(1)를 갖는 체단한 연결관(2)의 양측으로 PE파이프(3)(3')의 단구부(4)(4')를 삽입하여 연결함에 있어서, 연결관(2)에 삽입되는 PE파이프(3)(3')의 외주면에 외향경사진 "L"자형의 요환구(5)를 수개 요설하여 이에 0-링(6)을 삽입하고 접착제 도포하에 PE파이프(3)(3')를 연결관(2)에 삽입 연결하여서된 구조이다.
이와같은 본 고안은 외향경사진 "L"형의 요환구(5)에 0-링(6)을 삽입하여 접착제 도포후 연결관(2)에 PE파이프(3)(3')를 삽입연결하였을 때에 경화된 접착제와 일체가된 고무제 0-링(6)이 PE파이프(3)(3')와 연결관(2)사이에서 압축되어 PE파이프(3)(3')가 연결관(2)으로부터 밀려나가 빠져버리는 폐단이 없으며 완벽한 밀폐로 누수가 없는 것이다.

  1. 내부에 환상플랜지(1)를 갖는 체단한 연결관(2)의 양측으로 PE파이프(3)(3')의 단구부(4)(4')를 삽입하여 연결함에 있어서, 연결관(2)에 삽입되는 PE파이프(3)(3')에 외주면에 외향경사진 "L"형의 요환구(5)를 수개 요설하고 이에 0-링(6)을 삽입하여 연결하여서된 PE파이프 연결장치.
