Abstract
The invention relates to soldering, in particular to fluxes for tinning copper, and can be used for tinning the oxidized copper cores of electrical cables with tin-lead solders. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the tinning of oxidized copper cores of electrical cords. The flux contains components in the following ratio, wt%: triethanolamine 2.0-5.0, surfactant 0.3-0.5, hydrochloric acid 10.0-15.0, distilled water 15.0-25 , 0, urea 10.0-20.0, ethyl alcohol the rest. The flux provides high-quality tinning of oxidized copper wires without prior operation of cleaning these surfaces. The junction shape is skeletal, the surface of the tinning is shiny, smooth. 1 tab.

The introduction of urea flux in combination with triethanolamine and hydrochloric acid together with other components at a selected proportion of them allows them to be tinned without first removing the oxidized layer.
меди и получить качественное лужение окисленной меди: гладкую блест щую поверхность при скелетной форме спа .copper and get a quality tinning of oxidized copper: a smooth shiny surface with a skeletal spa shape.
The table shows the proposed examples of the performance of the flux and its properties.
It follows from the table that the samples of the proposed flux (1-3) provide a higher quality of tinning (the surface of the tinning is glossy and smooth, the shape of the junctions is skeletal) due to the greater activity compared to the flux of the prototype, which does not provide a shiny surface and skeletal junction shape.
A decrease in the urea content in the proposed flux (examples 4-5) impairs the quality of the tinning — the shape of the junctions becomes flooded, and the surface gloss decreases. An increase in the urea content above that claimed does not lead to a deterioration in the quality of the tinning (examples 5, 6), but causes a loss of solder and

увеличение количества дыма, образующегос при лужении.an increase in the amount of smoke produced during tinning.
Уменьшение содержани компонентов флюса ниже указанных в формуле: триэта- ноламина (пример 8), синтанола (пример 10), сол ной кислоты (пример 12) и воды (пример 14), приводит к снижению качества лужени .A decrease in the content of the flux components below is indicated in the formula: triethanolamine (example 8), synthanol (example 10), hydrochloric acid (example 12) and water (example 14), leads to a decrease in the quality of the tinning.
Увеличение содержани синтанола (пример 11) не приводит к улучшению качества лужени , но требует увеличени времени отмыва образцов от остатков флюса, а увеличение содержани сол ной кислоты (пример 13) усиливает разбызгивание припо .An increase in the content of triethanolamine (example 9) and distilled water (example 15) above the maximum indicated in the formula is also accompanied by a deterioration in the quality of the tinning. An increase in the content of synthanol (Example 11) does not lead to an improvement in the quality of tinning, but requires an increase in the time of washing the samples from flux residues, and an increase in the hydrochloric acid content (Example 13) enhances the solder release.
The use of this flux will allow to achieve the required quality of the tinning of oxidized copper conductors without preliminary operation of stripping oxidized copper conductors, simplify the process of preparation
флюса за счет исключени сложной и длительной операции кип чени мездрового кле , а также исключить использование дорогосто щего и дефицитного компонента - нтарной кислоты.flux by eliminating the complex and lengthy operation of boiling mezdrovogo glue, as well as eliminate the use of expensive and scarce component - succinic acid.
