Description

Известны марганцевые стали мартенситного к тасса с содержанием марганца 3,0-8,0% и углерода 0,05-1,6Vo.Manganese steels are known martensitic to tass with a manganese content of 3.0–8.0% and carbon 0.05–1.6Vo.

Особенность описываемой стали заключаетс  в том, что, с целью цовышени  прочности, в состав стали ввод т титана до 0,25%, бора до 0,005%, циркони  до 0-5Vo, совместно или каждый в отдельности, кремни  до 1,6Vo, хрома до 1,6%, совместно или каждый в отдельности, молибдена до 0,4%, ванади  до 0,4% и вольфрама до 1,0Vo, совместно илн каждый в отдельности, и меди до l,CVo.The peculiarity of the described steel is that, in order to increase the strength, titanium up to 0.25%, boron up to 0.005%, zirconium up to 0-5Vo, together or individually, silicon up to 1.6Vo, chromium up to 1.6%, jointly or individually, molybdenum up to 0.4%, vanadium up to 0.4% and tungsten up to 1.0Vo, together not individually, and copper up to l, CVo.

При выплавке описываемой стали раскисление ванны металла осуществл ют алюминием или другими присадками, превосход щими марганец по его раскислительному действию.In the smelting of the steel being described, the deoxidation of the metal bath is carried out with aluminum or other additives that are superior to manganese in its deoxidizing effect.

The proposed manganese steel can be used in place of high-alloyed steel grades for the manufacture of turbine shafts, mill rolls, gears, large chips, rings for ball bearings and other parts. Steel can be used both with heat and without heat treatment.
