Description
1The invention relates to the production of welded low alloy cold-resistant steels and can be used for the production of rolled and flat products. The closest to the proposed steel by technical essence and the quenched effect is steel containing the following components, wt.%: Carbon 0.1-1.0 Silicon 1.05-1.61 Manganese 0.1 Phosphorus 0.2-0.6 1.0 0.027-0.5 0.05-0.5 Niobium Else 1. Iron The disadvantage of this steel is low toughness values at negative temperatures. The purpose of the invention is to increase viscosity with a negative temperature. This is achieved by the fact that it became containing carbon, silicon, marz, copper, chromium, phosphorus, niobium, tan and iron, additionally contains calcium in the following ratio of components, wt.%: 0.04-0.12 Carbon 0.17- 0.47 Silicon 1.2-1.8 Manganese 0.15-0.50 Copper 0.2-1.0 Chromium 0.01-0.12 Phosphorus 0.01-0.30 Niobium 0.01-0, 30 Titanium 0.002-0.020 Calcium Else. Iron Introduction to calcium calcium has a significant effect on the shape of oxide and sulphide inclusions: the line oxide inclusions and stretched sulphides are replaced by insulated small round inclusions. In addition, due to the surface-active properties, Csmii crushes the structure of the steel, cleans the grain boundaries, which in the complex increases the impact strength and reduces the cold resistance threshold of steel. The corrosion resistance of pre-paged steel does not improve. in comparison with the known steel, as it contains without changes the combination of elements 3 (phosphorus, chromium, copper), which determine the corrosion resistance. The chemical composition of the investigated steels is presented in table 1. Ingots weighing 10 kg are laminated to plates with a thickness of 10.5 mm, on which transverse 70 specimens were prepared for mechanical testing. The test results are shown in table 2. As can be seen from the presented data, the impact strength of the proposed steel at negative temperatures is higher than that of the known. Table 1
