Abstract

Izolačný materiál, najmä priedušný protipožiarny izolačný materiál obsahujúci vodné sklo, je tvorený na vzduchu vytvrditeľnou zmesou, ktorá obsahuje 2 až 40 % hmotn. plastových guľôčok, 55 až 95,0 % hmotn. vodného roztoku kremičitanu sodného, 2 až 6 % hmotn. hydroxidu hlinitého a 0,1 až 0,5 % hmotn. stabilizátora vodného skla. Opisuje sa spôsob výroby izolačného materiálu, najmä spôsob výroby priedušného protipožiarneho izolačného materiálu obsahujúceho vodné sklo a plastové guľôčky, podľa ktorého sú najprv plastové guľôčky premiešané s vodným roztokom s koncentráciou 25 % hmotn. sadzí tak, že celý ich povrch je sadzami obalený, ďalej je pridaný hydroxid hlinitý a všetko je premiešané tak, že vznikne izolačná zmes; do vodného roztoku kremičitanu sodného je pridaný stabilizátor vodného skla a následne je do tohto roztoku primiešané tvrdidlo vodného skla, pričom následne je tento roztok 1 až 10 minút miešaný tak, že vznikne spojivový roztok; a izolačná zmes je vložená za stáleho miešania do spojivového roztoku, všetko je premiešané a výsledná zmes je naliata do aplikačného miesta.
