Abstract
Izolační materiál, zejména prodyšný protipožární izolační materiál obsahující vodní sklo a polystyren, je tvořen vytvrditelnou směsí, která obsahuje 1 až 32,4 % hmotn. expandovaného polystyrenu, 57,5 až 96,0 % hmotn. vodného roztoku křemičitanu sodného, 2 až 6 % hmotn. hydroxidu hlinitého, 0,8 až 2,6 % hmotn. tvrdidla vodního skla a 0,1 až 0,5 % hmotn. stabilizátoru vodního skla, přičemž povrch expandovaného polystyrenu je opatřen sazemi, které tvoří 0,1 až 1 % hmotn. celkové hmotnosti. Způsob výroby izolačního materiálu, zejména způsob výroby prodyšného protipožárního izolačního materiálu obsahujícího vodní sklo a polystyren, spočívá v tom, že nejprve se polystyrenové kuličky promíchají s vodným roztokem sazí tak, že se celý jejich povrch obalen obalí, dále se přidá hydroxid hlinitý a vše se promíchá tak, že vznikne izolační směs, a dále se do vodného roztoku křemičitanu sodného přidá stabilizátor vodního skla a následně se do tohoto roztoku přimíchá tvrdidlo vodního skla, přičemž dále se tento roztok 1 až 10 minut míchá tak, že vznikne pojivový roztok, a dále se izolační směs vloží za stálého míchání do pojivového roztoku a vše se promíchá, a dále se výsledná směs nalije do aplikačního místa.
