本发明一种阻燃板的制备方法,其特征在于,将氧化镁加入硫酸铜液,混合搅拌20分钟,温度为40度,再加入膨胀珍珠岩和水泥,以320转/分的转速搅拌10‑15分钟,再加入三乙醇胺搅拌10分钟,添加三氯氟甲烷,搅拌均匀后,注入模具,经发泡成型、养护、脱模、切割等,即为成品阻燃板。本发明阻燃板的制备方法制备得到的阻燃板生产成本低廉、耐水性能优异。符合阻燃标准GB8624—2006C级及C级以上燃烧等级。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,特别涉及一种阻燃板的制备方法。
背景技术
建筑及装饰行业非承重砌造产品采用的发泡水泥砖板、空心砖,比重大,隔音效果不佳;使用的硅酸钙板、石膏板,吸水性强易变形,经燃烧后强度不高易断裂,上述产品比重大,施工麻烦。泡沫板,则防火性能差,抗压强度不高。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题提出了一种阻燃板的制备方法。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种阻燃板的制备方法,其特征在于,将氧化镁加入硫酸铜液,混合搅拌20分钟,温度为40度,再加入膨胀珍珠岩和水泥,以320转/分的转速搅拌10-15 分钟,再加入三乙醇胺搅拌10分钟,添加三氯氟甲烷,搅拌均匀后,注入模具,经发泡成型、养护、脱模、切割等,即为成品阻燃板。
上述一种阻燃板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述膨胀珍珠岩目数为500目。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明阻燃板的制备方法制备得到的阻燃板生产成本低廉、耐水性能优异。符合阻燃标准GB8624—2006C级及C级以上燃烧等级。

将25份氧化镁加入2份硫酸铜液,混合搅拌20分钟,温度为40度,再加入33份膨胀珍珠岩和1份水泥,以320转/分的转速搅拌10 分钟,再加入4份三乙醇胺搅拌10分钟,添加3份三氯氟甲烷,搅拌均匀后,注入模具,经发泡成型、养护、脱模、切割等,即为成品阻燃板。
实施例2
一种阻燃板的制备方法,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
将45份氧化镁加入5份硫酸铜液,混合搅拌20分钟,温度为40度,再加入56份膨胀珍珠岩和15份水泥,以320转/分的转速搅拌15 分钟,再加入7份三乙醇胺搅拌10分钟,添加6份三氯氟甲烷,搅拌均匀后,注入模具,经发泡成型、养护、脱模、切割等,即为成品阻燃板。
实施例3
一种阻燃板的制备方法,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
将33份氧化镁加入3份硫酸铜液,混合搅拌20分钟,温度为40度,再加入45份膨胀珍珠岩和7份水泥,以320转/分的转速搅拌13 分钟,再加入5份三乙醇胺搅拌10分钟,添加3份三氯氟甲烷,搅拌均匀后,注入模具,经发泡成型、养护、脱模、切割等,即为成品阻燃板。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明阻燃板的制备方法制备得到的阻燃板生产成本低廉、耐水性能优异。符合阻燃标准GB8624—2006C级及C级以上燃烧等级。
