Claims (7)

1 Patentni zahtevki 1. Postopek za beljenje, brez klora, celuloze za pripravo umetnih vlaken, z ozonom po tristopenjskem postopku, ki sestoji iz beljenja s kisikom, beljenja z ozonom (Z-stopnja) in beljenja s peroksidom (P-stopnja), pri čemer odpadni zrak Z-stopnje dovajamo k beljenju s kisikom, označen s tem, da je beljenje s kisikom kombinirano z beljenjem z vodikovim peroksidom (EOP-stopnja), da preostalo vsebnost kisika iz odpadnega zraka Z-stopnje v EOP-stopnji popolnoma privedemo do reakcije in da uporabimo odpadno vodo Z-stopnje, katere pH vrednost prednostno leži pod 3, za razredčenje med EOP in Z-stopnjo in/ali za odstranitev pepela iz celuloze po beljenju.
2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da uravnavamo temperaturo, dodatek NaOH in razmerje O2/H2O2 v EOP-stopnji tako, da je poraba kislika pri konstantni pretvorbi naravnana na vsebnost preostalega kisika v odpadnem zraku Z-stopnje.
3. Postopek po zahtevku 2, označen s tem, da znaša temperatura EOP-stopnje 70-100°C, prednostno 75°C.
4. Postopek po zahtevku 2 ali 3, označen s tem, da je koncentracija NaOH v EOP-stopnji med 2,5-5 mas.% glede na celulozo, beljeno absolutno suho.
5. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 4, označen s tem, daje v zmesi 02-H202 v EOP-stopnji prisotno največ toliko H202, kot je 02 glede na maso.
6. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 5, označen s tem, da poteka Z-stopnja z zmesjo 02/03 z maksimalno 10 mas.% 03. 2
7. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov 1 do 6, označen s tem, da znaša temperatura Z-stopnje 40-70°C, prednostno 50-60°C.
