Claims (19)
- Proizvodi za ustno nego in ustno higieno s fotokatalitično aktivnostjo in obsegajoči anorganske delce, površinsko funkcionalizirane z nanodelci T1O2 Patentni zahtevki1. Proizvod za ustno nego in ustno higieno s fotokatalitično aktivnostjo in obsegajoč delce spojine kalcijevega fosfata, površinsko funkcionalizirane z nanodelci T1O2 v kristalinčni obliki, kjer imajo nanodelci Ti02: a) v bistvu lamelamo morfologijo; b) aspektno razmerje (AR) med 5 in 30; c) površinsko strukturo, ki ima ploskev (001) kot najbolj zunanjo ploskev kristalne mreže; in d) kjer je T1O2 v obliki anataza, po izbiri zmešanega z rutilom in/ali brukitom.
- 2. Proizvod po zahtevku 1, kjer imajo delci spojine kalcijevega fosfata mikrometrske dimenzije z dolžino prednostno med 0,2 pm in 10 pm.
- 3. Proizvod po zahtevkih 1 ali 2, kjer imajo nanodelci T1O2 dolžino manjšo od 0,1 pm, prednostno med 0,01 pm in 0,1 pm.
- 4. Proizvod po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1-3, kjer imajo nanodelci Ti02 debelino med 2 nm in 5 nm.
- 5. Proizvod po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1-4, kjer je spojina kalcijevega fosfata izbrana iz skupine, ki obsega: oktakalcijev fosfat, trikalcijev fosfat, apatit, hidroksiapatit in karbonatni hidroksiapatit.
- 6. Proizvod po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1-5, kjer spojina kalcijevega fosfata nadalje obsega cinkove ione in/ali karbonatne ione.

- 11. Postopek za izdelavo proizvoda za ustno nego in ustno higieno s fotokatalitično aktivnostjo, izbranega iz skupine, ki obsega: zobno pasto, zobni prašek, žvečilni gumi, mazilo za dlesni, koncentrat ustne vodice in ustne kopeli, sredstvo za grgranje, polnila za zobne ščitnike in ustne ščitnike in profesionalne belilne proizvode, obsegajoč stopnje: a) zagotovitev vodne suspenzije, ki vključuje delce po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1-8; in b) mešanje vodne suspenzije z drugimi sestavinami proizvoda za ustno nego in ustno higieno.

- 14. Postopek po zahtevku 13, kjer je v stopnji di) uporabljeni alkohol za izdelavo alkoholne raztopine izbran iz skupine, ki obsega: metanol, etanol, izopropanol, propanol, butanol, oktanol in njihove zmesi, in je uporabljena titanova spojina izbrana iz skupine, ki obsega: titanov alkoksid, prednostno titanov izopropoksid ali titanov butoksid, in anorganski prekurzor titanovega dioksida.
- 15. Postopek po zahtevku 13 ali 14, kjer izvedemo stopnjo cO s sočasnim mešanjem raztopine, prednostno z uporabo mehanskega mešala, zato da se ujame CO2, ki je v atmosferi, ali z dodajanjem karbonatnih ionov vodni raztopini, ki vsebuje fosfatne ione, ali s sočasnim dodajanjem prve raztopine, ki vsebuje karbonatne ione, in druge raztopine, ki vsebuje fosfatne ione.
