Claims (10)

  1. EP 2 621 391 BI Patentni zahtevki Endoluminalna laserska ablacijska naprava za zdravljenje ven
    1.   2. 2. Naprava po zahtevku 1, pri kateri vsaj ena ploskev, ki oddaja sevanje, s prisekanim stožcem (108) obsega režo med omenjenim prisekanim stožcem in omenjenim segmentom vlakna.
  3. 3. Naprava po zahtevku 1 ali 2, pri kateri vsaj ena ploskev, ki oddaja sevanje, s prisekanim stožcem (108) obsega dodaten koničen odsek, kije prisekan in usmerjen v smer nazaj.
  4. 4. Naprava po katerem koli od zahtevkov od 1 do 3, pri kateri sta omenjeno vlakno s prisekanim stožcem (108) in omenjen segment vlakna s koničasto konico (104) sestavljena s sklopitvijo omenjenega stožca z omenjenim segmentom vlakna znotraj pokrova.
  5. 5. Naprava po katerem koli od zahtevkov od 1 do 4, pri kateri sta omenjeno vlakno s prisekanim stožcem (108) in omenjen segment vlakna s koničasto konico (104) sestavljena z lepljenjem omenjenega stožca na omenjen segment vlakna.
  6. 6. Naprava po katerem koli od zahtevkov od 1 do 4, pri kateri sta omenjeno vlakno s prisekanim stožcem (108) in omenjen segment vlakna s koničasto konico (104) stransko zlita z omenjenim pokrovom.
  7. 7. Naprava po katerem koli od zahtevkov od 1 do 6, pri kateri je omenjeno vlakneno jedro narejeno iz silicijevega dioksida in je obdano s fluoriranim plaščnim slojem, pri čemer je fluoriran plaščni sloj obdan z nadplaščnim odsekom, ki sestoji iz čistega silicijevega dioksida, v bistvu enakega kot vlakneno jedro.
  8. 8. Naprava po katerem koli od zahtevkov od 1 do 7, pri kateri je omenjeno vlakno oblikovano, da izboljša gladkost prehodnega področja med zunanjim oplaščenim vlaknom in omenjenim pokrovom.
  9. 9. Naprava po katerem koli od zahtevkov od 1 do 5, pri kateri je omenjeni valovod izdelan iz enega samega kosa vlakna in je omenjeni pokrov izdelan iz silicijevega dioksida, v bistvu ekvivalentnega silicijevemu dioksidu, ki sestavlja omenjeno vlakneno jedro.
  10. 10. Naprava po katerem koli od zahtevkov od 1 do 9, ki nadalje obsega vsaj en laserski vir, ki zagotavlja lasersko sevanje vsaj ene valovne dolžine od približno 980 nm, približno 1470 nm in približno 1950 nm, vsakokrat približno ±30 nm, pri moči, ne večji od okrog 10 W, pri čemer je proksimalni konec valovoda optično sklopljen z omenjenim vsaj enim laserskim virom.
