530 252 P20-06716-070906 Fig. 3A visar samma verktyg som Fig. 2A men illustrerar reduktionsväxelenheten avlägsnad från kraftenheten.
Fig. 3B visar ett tvärsnitt liknande det i Fig. 2B men illustrerar làsanordningen i frikopplat läge.
Fig. 4 visar ett längsgående snitt genom en reduktionsväxelenhet enligt uppfinningen.
Kraftverktyget som visas i Fig. 1 innefattar en kraftenhet 10 inklusive ett handtag 11 med en tryckknapp 12 för kraftstyrning, och en motor sektion 13 inklusive en icke illustrerad rotationsmotor. Motorn är kopplad till en drivspindel via en vinkelväxel. Detta är oväsentligt för uppfinningen och beskrivs därför inte i detalj. Den drivande kraftenheten 10 innefattar vidare en dockningsanordning 14 för anslutning av separata reduktionsvàxelenheter 16a-c som uppbär utgående axlar.
Dockningsanordningen 14 består av ett rörformigt halsparti 15 på kraftenheten 10 som sträcker sig koaxiellt med växelenheten 16a-c för anslutning till kraftenheten 10.
Halspartiet 15 är försett med ett periferiellt spår 18 vilket utgör en del av en làsanordning för växelenheterna 16a-c. En reduktionsvàxelenhet lämplig för en ViSS arbetsoperation väljs från ett antal inbördes utbytbara växelenheter 16a-c med olika egenskaper vad gäller utväxlingsförhàllandet, avgivet moment och hastighet. Varje växelenhet 16a-c uppvisar en utgående axel för anslutning till exempelvis en mutterhylsa för ätdragning av skruvförband.
Denna typ av kraftverktyg är speciellt lämplig för tung drift vid ätdragning av skruvförband, dvs. ätdragning av större skruvförband till höga momentnivàer, och för att ta upp och skydda operatören fràn de höga reaktionsmoment som alstras vid ätdragning av skruvförband är de separata reduktionsväxelenheterna roterbara relativt kraftenheten 10 och försedda med en mothàllsarm (icke illustrerad). En sådan mothállsarm är avsedd att ta stöd mot ett stationärt 530 252 P20-06716-070906 föremål intill det skruvförband som är under àtdragning, och varje växelenhet uppvisar en splines-försedd del 21 för montering av en sàdan mothàllsarm.
Varje växelenhet 16a-c uppvisar ett anslutningsparti 19 som bildar en svivelförbindning med dockningsanordningen 14 hos kraftenheten 10. Såsom illustreras i Fig. 4 innefattar var och en av växelenheterna ett cylindriskt hus 24 med kuggkranständer 25 på insidan för samverkan med planethjul 26,27 hos en första planetväxel 28 respektive en andra planetväxel 29. Vid sin främre ände uppbär huset 24 en utgående axel 31 vilken bildar planethjulshàllare hos den andra växeln 29, medan solhjulet 32 hos den andra växeln 29 utgör planethjulshàllare för den första växeln 28.
Solhjulet 33 hos den första växeln 28 är lagrat i ett lager 34 och är utformat med en polygonal fattning 35 för sammankoppling med en icke visad drivspindel hos kraftenheten 10.
Anslutningspartiet 19 som är placerat vid den bakre änden varje växelenhet 16a-c innefattar en låsanordning i form av fyra kulor 38 placerade i öppningar 39 i den bakre änden av huset 24 och en làsring 40 som är roterbar pä husets 24 utsida mellan ett spärrläge och ett frikopplat läge.
Làsringen 40 är utformad med fyra fickor 37 för delvis upptagning av kulorna 38 i làsringens 40 frikopplade läge.
I låsringens 40 spärrläge är kulorna 38 radiellt lästa i ingrepp med det periferiella spåret 18 pà kraftenhetens 10 halsparti 15. I Fig. 2B intar làsringen 40 sitt spärrläge, medan Fig. 3B illustrerar làsringen 40 frikopplingslâget med kulorna 38 upptagna i fickorna 37 och ur ingrepp med spåret 18 på kraftenhetens 10 halsparti 15. I sitt frikopplingsläge har làsringen 40 roterats i pilens riktning i Fig. 3B.
Tvà toroidformade fjädrar 41,42 är placerade innanför làsringen 40 och tar stöd dels mot en icke visad ansats i 530 252 P20-06716-070906 huset och dels mot ett medbringarblock 44 monterat på làsringen 40 för fjäderbelastning av làsringen 40 mot dess spärrläge. Vid sin bakre ände är växelenhetshuset 24 försett med en urtagning 45 för upptagning av en rotationslàsande klack 46 på kraftenheten 10. Ändamålet med denna klack 46 är att förhindra rotation av växelenheten när làsringen 40 roteras mellan spärrläget och frikopplingsläget.
Var och en av växelenheterna 16a-c är försedd med en elektronisk identifieringsanordning 48 genom vilken identiteten hos varje växelenhet kan fastställas, inklusive driftsegenskaperna såsom det totala utväxlingsförhàllandet och momentomràdet, samt kompatibel med en viss kraftenhet m.m. Den elektroniska identifieringsanordningen 48 innefattar med fördel även organ för registrering av data såsom antalet genomförda arbetsoperationer vilket möjliggör beräkning av växelenhetens aktuella status och servicebehov. Identifieringsanordningen 48 kan mycket väl utgöras av ett programmerat datachip.
Den information som ges av identifieringsanordningen 48 tas emot av ett elektroniskt styrorgan ombord på kraftenheten 10. Detta styrorgan är programmerat med ett visst antal alternativa parameteruppsättningar för utförande av arbetsoperationer med endera av växelenheterna, varvid varje parameteruppsättning är anpassad till en viss arbetsoperation. Vid exempelvis skruvàtdragningsapplikationer innefattar parameteruppsättningarna önskad momentnivà och rotationsvinkel för utförande av en átdragning på ett korrekt sätt.
Dà en specifik växelenhet av de tillgängliga växelenheterflä 16a-c är ansluten till kraftenheten 10 avger det elektroniska styrorganet pà kraftenheten 10 signaler i form av probe-cykler sökande svarssignal från växelenheten, och 530 252 P20-06716-070906 då en särskild svarssignal mottas från den anslutna växelenheten bestämmer styrorganet först om växelenheten faktiskt är kompatibel med kraftenheten. Om kompatibiliteten är korrekt sä matchar styrorganet den mottagna signalen med en specifik parameteruppsättning anpassad till just den anslutna växelenheten. Dä kompatibiliteten är fastställd och den korrekta parameteruppsättningen valts sätter styrorganet verktyget i operativt läge.
Såsom beskrivs ovan kan identifieringsanordningen också inkludera organ för registrering av antalet genomförda arbetscykler av växelenheten och kanske även den överförda momentbelastningen under de genomförda operationerna. Detta gör det möjligt att beräkna den aktuella statusen hos växelenheten. Detta kan göras genom att docka växelenheten till en stationär testanordning som innehåller elektroniska organ för kommunikation med identifieringsanordningen 48 hos växelenheten och för inhämtning av data därifrån.
Claims (4)
1. Kraftverktyg innefattande en kraftenhet (10) och en reduktionsväxel med en utgående axel, k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att reduktionsväxeln utgörs av en av ett antal inbördes utbytbara växelenheter (l6a-C) med olika arbetskarakteristika och anslutbara till kraftenheten (10), varvid var och en av växelenheterna (l6a-C) innefattar en elektronisk identifieringsanordning (48) programmerad med data specifika för just den växelenheten , såsom det totala utväxlingsförhàllande och momentomràde, och med vilken typ av kraftenhet den är kompatibel.
2. Kraftverktyg enligt kravet 1, k ä n n e t e c k - n a t av att identifierings-anordningen (48) innehåller ett datachip.
3. Kraftverktyg enligt kravet 1 eller 2, k ä n n e - t e c k n a t av att identifieringsanordningen (48) hos var och en av växelenheterna (16a-c) innefattar organ för registrering och ackumulering av antalet arbetscykler.
4. Kraftverktyg enligt något av kraven 1-3,k å n n e- t e c k n a t av att kraftenheten (10) innefattar ett elektroniskt arbetsstyrorgan programmerat med ett antal olika uppsättningar arbetsparametrar var och en anpassad för en viss växelenhet (16a-c), varvid arbetsstyrorganet innefattar en krets för kommunikation med identifieringsanordningen hos en växelenhet ansluten till kraftenheten för fastställande av kompatibiliteten hos vàxelenheten och kraftenheten och för val av parameteruppsättning anpassad till just den våxelenheten.
