15 20 25 30 35 451 250 Z Till grund för uppfinningen ligger problemet att åstad- komma en med ett hydrauliskt tryckutjämningsorgan försedd an- ordning av angivet slag, i vilken ett flertal kolvcylinderdon icke längre behöves och dessutom presstrycket är likformigt.
För lösning av detta problem har anordningen enligt uppfinningen erhållit de i patentkravet 1 angivna kännetecknen.
Uppfinningen utgår från insikten om att de nämnda hyd- raulikslangarna kan ersätta de vanliga kolvcylinderdonen i fastän hydraulikslangarna är omkretssta- Detta ut- om det säkerställes att hydraulikslangarna i en dylik anordning, bila och endast deformerbara till sitt tvärsnitt. byte är möjligt, driftstillstånd under presstryck stödjes indirekt eller direkt och med bred anliggning och med väsentligen ovalt, definierat tvärsnitt mot tryckplattan resp. tvärbalken. Indirekt innebär att det för uppstödjandet kan anordnas mellanlägg av värmeiso- leringsskäl eller andra skäl. I övrigt uppnår man över den breda anliggningen även en mycket likformig och homogen tryck- fördelning.
I enskildheter föreligger inom ramen för uppfinningen flera möjligheter till ytterligare utformningar, vilka framgår av underkraven.
I det följande skall uppfinningen ytterligare beskri- vas under hänvisning till bifogade ritningar, på vilka fig. 1 visar en horisontalvy av en anordning enligt uppfinningen, fig. 2 visar ett snitt enligt linjen A - A i fig. 1 i större skala, en böjlinjekompensator i fig. 2 utbruten, fig. 3 visar fig. 4 visar ett snitt enligt linjen B - B i fig. 2 i ännu större skala, fig. 5 visar ett mot fig. 2 svarande snitt genom en utföringsform av uppfinningen utan tryckmedelskälla. fig. 6 visar ett delsnitt enligt linjen C - C i fig. 5 i väsentligt större skala och 6 i ett annat fig. 7 visar samma delsnitt som i fig. funktionsläge. 15 ZÛ 25 30 35 451 250 3 Den i figurerna visade anordningen tjänar till repare- rinq och hopskarvning av ändarna på transportband 1 av gummi eller plast, som i allmänhet är försedda med armeringsinlägg 2. Anordningen består i huvudsak av uppvärmbara pressplattor 3, 4, övre tvärbalkar 5, undre tvärbalkar 6 och ett hydrauliskt, till en tryckmedelskälla anslutet tryckutjämningsorgan 7.
Tvärbalkarna 5, 6 är parvis förbundna genom spännbultar 8 i form av skruvar med mekaniska spännanordningar 9 i form av muttrar.
Utföringsformen enligt fig. 1 - 4 är inrättad för drift med tryckmedelskälla, som emellertid icke visas. Den kan ut- göras av vanlig pump. Tvärbalkarna 5, 6 undergår genom det föregivna presslrycket en böjdeformering med definierad böj- linje 10. De är av viktsskäl i motsvarande grad utformade böj- veka. I utföringsexemplet verkar tryckutjämningsorganet 7 mellan den övre pressplattan 3 och de övre tvärbalkarna 5, (jfr fig. 4). motsvarande dock med mellankoppling av en tryckplatta 12, 15 I fig. 2 är deformeringen överdrivet tecknad. På sätt är en i fig. 3 visad böjlinjekompensator 11 överdrivet tecknad med avseende på den övre böjformiga anslutningsytan.
Tryckutjämningsorganet består av ett flertal hydraulik- slangar 7, som är omkretsstabila, men tvärsnittsdeformerbara.
Dessa hydraulikslangar 7 stöder å ena sidan direkt eller in- direkt mot tillhörande tvärbalk 5 och å eller indirekt mot en gentemot tvärbalken 5 avståndssinställ- andra sidan direkt bar tryckplatta 12, 15, vars maximala avstånd A från till- hörande tvärbalk 5 är så begränsat att hydraulikslangarna 7 i driftstillstånd uppvisar ett ovalt tvärsnitt. Hydraulikslang- arna 7 ligger i de genom flänsarna 15 U-profilformiga tryck- plattorna. För inställning av det maximala avståndet A är i utföríngsexemplet motsvarande avståndsbultar 13 med åter- ställningsfjädrar 14 anordnade. Tryckplattorna 12 är försedda med sidoflänsarna 15, så att hydraulikslangarna 7 fasthålles líkformigt i tryckplattorna 12. Återställningsfjädern 14 tjänar även till att trycka sidoflänsarna 15 mot tvärbalkarnas 5 undersida, så att det, särskilt vid transport och montering, bildas ett slutet aggregat. Slutligen är anordningen sådan att hyd- raulikslangarna 7 i driftstillstånd under presstryck stöder med bred anliggning och med väsentligen ovalt tvärsnitt mot tryckplattan 12 resp, tvärbalken 5. Denna anliggning kan åter- igen vara direkt eller indirekt. I utföringsexemplet har hyd- raulikslangarna 7 i ovalt driftstillstånd ett tvärsnitt, som utgör ca 75 % av det odeformerade cirkulära tvärsnittet. Av de inledningsvis angivna skälen är i utföringsexemplet (men inte nödvändigtvis) anordnad en böjlinjekompensator 11, som är anordnad i utföringsexemplet mellan tvärbalkarna 5 och hyd- raulikslangarna 7.
Att och hur hydraulikslangarna 7 är förbundna med var- andra visas inte. De är anslutna till en gemensam tryckmedels- källa. I övrigt förlöper i utföringsexemplet hydraulikslangarna 7 parallellt med tvärbalkarna 5 och under dessa. För varje tvärbalk 5 är två hydraulikslangar 7 anordnade. De kan även sträcka sig tvärs tvärbalkarna 5, som antydes i Fig. 1. Där- vid sträcker sig hydraulikslangarna 7 mellan intilliggande tvärbalkar 5. Ett särskilt stöd för slangarna mellan tvärbal- karna 5 behövs inte. Tryckplattan 12 är tillika utformad som värmeisolerplatta eller försedd med en dylik. En manometer 16, som är ansluten med stickkontakt eller liknande till en av hydraulikslangarna 7, tjänar till kontroll av presstrycket.
I driftstillstånd ligger hydraulikslangarna 7 för övrigt dikt an, som framgår av Fig. 4. Böjlinjekompensatorn 11 kompenserar utböjningen, eller närmare bestämt böjlinjen, hos.de övre tvär- balkarna 5 och de undre tvärbalkarna 6. Icke desto mindre kan böjlinjekompensatorn 11 av Framställningstekniska skäl uppvisa en i obelastat tillstånd plan undersida (Fig. 3). Den deformeras sedan i driftstillstånd till ett symmetriskt linsformigt tvär- snitt.
Fig. 5 - 7 förtydligar en utföringsform av uppfinningen, som arbetar utan tryckmedelskälla i form av pump' e.d. Av en jämförelse mellan Fig. 5 och 6 framgår att även här anlig- ger hydraulikslangarna 7 under mellankoppling av den tidigare nämnda böjlinjekompensatorn 11 mot tvärbalkarna 5, 6 och den 1,) “a 10 15 20 25 30 35 451 250 5 tillhörande tryckplattan 12. Den kompenserar på tidigare be- skrivet sätt tvärbalkarnas 5, 6 utböjning i driftstillstånd.
Av fig. 6 framgår att hydraulikslangarna 7, som i denna ut- föringsform är helt slutna, endast till en del av sitt ode- formerade cirkulära tvärsnitt är fyllda med en inkompressibel vätska 17. Spännbultarnas 9 spännanordning 9 är tillika ut- formad som påverkningsanordning för tryckutjämningsorganen.
Spännbultarna 8 utgöres av skruvar, på vilka som spännanord- ning sättes med skruvnyckel spännbara muttrar 9, varvid kul- lager, brickor eller andra friktionsminskande element kan an- vändas. Utrymmet 18 i hydraulikslangarna 7 kan kommunicera med varandra, Hydraulikslangarna 7 är fast slutna genom att de vid ändarna är försedda med armaturer 19. För hydraulik- slangarnas 7 kommunikation med varandra är i dessa armaturer 19 anordnade kanaler för denna förbindelse.
Det presstryck som uppbygges kan på enkelt sätt föl- jaa, då spännanordningen 9 påverkas. För detta ändamål an- slutes till minst en av slangarna 7 en tryckgivare i form av en manometer 16 e. likn. Detta sker lämpligen med en stick- kontakt, mellan användningsplatserna kan borttas. Uppfinningsexemplet så att manometern 16 vid transport av anordningen är inriktat på att slangarna 7 är anordnade parallellt med tvärbalklarna 5, 6 och under dessa samt med två slangar per Man kan emellertid i princip även anordna 6 och 7 framgår att slangarna 7 till ca 75 % av sitt odeformerade tvärbalk 5 resp. 6. hydraulikslangarna 7 tvärs tvärbalkarna 5, 6. I övrigt framgår av fig. 7 att de i deformerat tillstånd ligger likformigt dikt en mot varandra, varigenom en mycket likformig tryckfördelning erhålles. Som resultat säkerställas att slangarna 7 i alla tvärsnitt under de tillhörande tvär- balkarna 5, ring och därmed samma hoptryckning, så att en tryckkudde med 6 i driftstillstånd utsättas för samma deforme- hydrostatiskt spänningstillstånd verkar med överallt samma tryck och säkerställer en likformig och tillräckligt homogen tryckfördelning.
