Opfindelsen angår et apparat til reparation af transportbånd af gummi eller formstof, eventuelt med forstærkningsindlæg, og udformning af sådanne bånd som endeløse bånd, hvilket apparat omfatter opvarmelige 5 presseplader, øvre traverser, nedre traverser og hy drauliske, til en trykmiddelkilde sluttede organer til frembringelse af et pressetryk, hvilke traverser er forbundet parvis med hinanden ved hjælp af spændebolte med mekaniske spændeorganer og er indrettet til un-10 der indvirkning af et forud fastlagt pressetryk at blive bibragt en bøjningsdeformation med fastlagt afbøjningslinie, samt hvor organerne til frembringelse af pressetrykket virker mellem en af presse-pladerne og de tilhørende traverser. Spændeboltene er som 15 regel almindelige skruebolte, der kan spændes ved hjælp af møtrikker. Endvidere er ved sådanne apparater traverserne som regel af hensyn til vægten udformet til at kunne deformeres, således at hele systemet er ligesom bøjeligt. Når organerne til frembringelse af 20 pressetrykket virker mellem en af pressepladerne og de tilhørende traverser, deformeres de øvre og de nedre traverser i forhold til forud givne, i hovedsagen krumme afbøjningslinier.
Ued de på markedet kendte apparater af den omhandlede 25 art omfatter organerne til frembringelse af presse- trykket et antal i række langs de tilhørende traverser anbragte cylinder-stempel-aggregater, der er indsat i traverserne. Hertil kræves boringer i traverserne, hvorved disse svækkes, så at de skal fremstilles med 30 tilsvarende øget vægt og stivhed, selv om en let og bøjelig konstruktion må tilstræbes med henblik på transport. Endvidere sker tryktilførslen ikke ensartet og homogent, men i stedet på adskilte steder ved de enkelte stempelaggregater, selv om man søger at redu- 2

cere fladetrykket ved hjælp af en tryksko. Stemplerne skal selv påvirkes med et tryk på flere hundrede bar. Dette har alt kunnet lade sig gøre, men er meget bekosteligt.
Fra andre tekniske områder, nemlig føring og ledning 5 ,af under tryk stående hydrauliske og pneumatiske medier, kender man såkaldte hydraulikslanger, der er sammen-trykkelige, men hvis omkreds ikke ændres ved en sådan deformering. Disse hydraulikslanger betegnes som omkredsbestandige hydraulikslanger. De er hidtil ikke 10 anvendt som aktive trykfrembringere med funktion som trykpuder eller blot som aktive trykoverførende organer i presser, fordi de ikke er udvidelige.
Det er ganske vist foreslået, at der ved et apparat af samme art som det omhandlede i stedet for i 15 rækker anbragte cylinder-stempel-aggregater anvendes oppustelige trykpuder, men denne udførelsesform har dog ikke fundet udbredelse i praksis. Fremstilling af trykpuder, der er tilstrækkeligt tætte og faste til 20 optagelse af det krævede pressetryk er heller ikke noget nemt problem.
Opfindelsen har på denne baggrund til formål at anvise et apparat af den anførte art, der er udstyret med hydrauliske organer til frembringelse af pressetrykket, 25 uden at der hertil anvendes et antal i rækker anbragte cylinder/stempelaggregater, og hvorved der opnås et tilsvarende pressetryk.
Dette er ifølge opfindelsen opnået ved, at organerne til frembringelse af pressetrykket omfatter omkreds-30 bestandige, men tværsnitsdeformerbare hydraulikslanger, der på den ene side afstøttes af den tilhørende travers og på den anden side er optaget i en i indstillelig afstand fra traversen anbragt U-formet trykplade.

3 og at trykpladernes afstand fra deres traverser er valgt således, at hydraulikslangerne i driftstilstand har ovalt tværsnit.
Opfindelsen er baseret på den erkendelse, at hydraulik-5 slangerne ved et apparat af den omhandlede art kan er statte de hidtil anvendte cylinder/stempel/aggregater, selv om slangerne er omkredsbestandige og kun har deformerbar tværsnitsform. Cylinder/stempel/aggregaternes udskiftning med hydraulikslangerne er mulig , når 10 der træffes foranstaltninger til at sikre, at hydraulik- slangerne i driftstilstand med pressetryk direkte eller indirekte med i det væsentlige ovalt defineret tværsnit afstøttes direkte eller indirekte af trykpladerne henholdsvis af traverserne. Indirekte vil sige, at der til afstøtningen er indskudt mellemliggen-15 de organer, f.eks. til varmeisolering. Endvidere opnås der ved afstøtning over de brede flader en meget ensartet og homogen trykfordeling.
Der findes inden for opfindelsens rammer flere muligheder for apparatets yderligere udformning. Således 20 har ifølge en udførelsesform for opfindelsen hydraulik- slangerne i driftstilstand et ovalt tværsnit, der andrager mellem 25 og 75% af deres udeformerede, cirkulære tværsnit. Der skal selvfølgelig sørges for, at alle hydraulikslanger bidrager på samme måde 25 til frembringelse af pressetrykket. Med hen blik herpå er det hensigtsmæssigt, at der træffes foranstaltninger, der sikrer, at alle hydraulikslanger i driftstilstand er deformeret i samme omfang og på samme måde. Udsættes alle hydraulikslanger under 30 traverserne i driftstilstand i traversernes fulde læng de for samme sammentrykning, opnår man samme fladetryk.

Til opnåelse af en så ensartet trykfordeling som muligt er hydraulikslangerne ifølge en udførelsesform for opfindelsen, der er af særlig betydning, tilsluttet traverserne og/eller de tilhørende trykplader således, 5 at der mellem delene er indskudt en bøjningsliniekom- pensator, hvorved her forstås et mellemliggende organ, hvis tykkelse er valgt således, at det kompenserer for den afbøjning, traverserne undergår i driftstilstand.
Bøjningsliniekompensatoren har normalt en plan side me-10 dens dens anden side har en krumning, der svarer til traversernes totale afbøjning i driftstilstand. Den kan være udformet som en gennemgående liste eller plade eller være sammensat af enkelte delstykker. En sådan bøjningsliniekompensator er altid hensigtsmæssig, når 15 hydraulikslangerne er anbragt parallelt med traverserne og under disse, f. eks. med to ved siden af hinanden liggende slanger for hver travers. Bøjningsliniekompensatoren vil dog også kunne udelades, hvilket navnlig er tilfældet, når hydraulikslangerne er anbragt på tværs 20 af traverserne. I øvrigt er hydraulikslangerne i et apparat ifølge opfindelsen som regel forbundet hydraulisk med hinanden.
Pressetrykket kan frembringes på flere måder.
Spændeorganerne kan således tillige være udformet som 25 organer til frembringelse af pressetrykket, og der kræ ves da ikke nogen særlig trykmiddelkilde. På den anden side kan der også arbejdes med en særlig trykmiddelkilde i form af en pumpe eller lignende. Ifølge en udførelsesform for opfindelsen uden trykmiddelkilde er 30 hydraulikslangerne fast lukkede, og deres udeformerede, cirkulære tværsnit er kun delvis udfyldt med en ikke sammentrykkelig væske, hvorhos spændeboltenes spændeor-ganer tillige er udformet som betjeningsorganer for organerne til frembringelse af pressetrykket. Ifølge 35 en anden udførelsesform er de hydraulisk med hinanden 5

forbundne slanger tilsluttet en fælles trykmiddelkilde.
Den foran nævnte trykplade kan samtidigt være udformet som varmeisolerende organ, når de af de opvarmede presseplader bestemte temperaturforhold kræver dette.
5 Pressetrykket kan uden vanskelighed kontrolleres og måles, når mindst én af hydraulikslangerne udstyres med et egnet måleapparat, f. eks. et manometer, der hensigtsmæssigt tilsluttes ved hjælp af en stikkobling således, at det kan aftages under transport. Til opnåelse af en 10 særdeles ensartet tryktilførsel og -fordeling kan i- følge opfindelsen de enkelte hydraulikslanger i deres deformerede, ovale tilstand ligge tæt an mod hinanden.
Opfindelsen forklares nærmere i det følgende under hen-15 visning til tegningen, hvor fig. 1 viser et apparat ifølge opfindelsen set fra oven, fig. 2 et snit i større målestok efter linien A-A i fig. 1, fig. 3 svarende til fig. 2 en bøjningsliniekompensator, 20 der indgår i apparatet, fig. 4 et snit i større målestok efter linien B-B i fig. 2, fig. 5 svarende til fig. 2 en udførelsesform for apparatet uden trykmiddelkilde, 25 fig. 6 et snit i større målestok efter linien C-C i fig. 5, og fig. 7 det samme som fig. 5, men med delene i en anden 6

Det viste apparat ifølge opfindelsen er indrettet til reparation af transportbånd af gummi eller formstof, der som regel er udstyret med forstærkningsindlæg 2, 5 samt til at udforme sådanne bånd som endeløse trans portbånd.
Apparatet omfatter i det væsentlige - opvarmelige presseplader 3, 4, - øvre traverser 5, 10 - nedre traverser 6, og - et til en trykmiddelkilde sluttet hydraulisk aggregat med hydraulikslanger 7 til frembringelse af et pressetryk.
Traverserne 5 og 6 er forbundet parvis med hinanden ved hjælp af skruebolte 8 med mekaniske spændorganer i 15 form af møtrikker 9.
Apparatet er i udførelsesformen ifølge fig. 1-4 indrettet til drift med en ikke vist trykmiddelkilde, f. eks. en pumpe. Traverserne 5, 6 undergår på grund af det forud fastlagte pressetryk en bøjningsdeformation med forud 20 fastlagt bøjningslinie 10. De er i vægtbesparende øje med udformet bøjelige. I den nævnte udførelses-form virker slangerne 7 til frembringelse af presse-trykket mellem den øvre presseplade 3 og de øvre traverser 5, idet der dog er indskudt en mellemliggende trykpla-25 de 12, 15, jfr. fig. 4. I fig. 2 er deformeringen vist overdrevet, og i fig. 3 er krumningen af den øvre anlægsflade på bøjningsliniekompensatoren 11 ligeledes vist overdrevet.

deformerbart tværsnit. Slangerne 7 støttes på den ene side direkte eller indirekte af traverserne 5 og på den anden side direkte eller indirekte af den med indstillelig afstand fra traverserne 5 anbragte 5 trykplade 12, 15, hvis maksimale afstand A fra den til hørende travers er begrænset således, at slangerne i driftstilstand har ovalt tværsnit. Til indstilling af den maksimale afstand A findes afstandsbolte 13, der er tilsluttet trykpladerne 12 og er ført ind i traver-10 serne 5, og som i det viste eksempel er udstyret med returfjedre 14. Trykpladerne 12 er udstyret med side-flanger 15, således at slangerne indeklemmes i trykpladerne 12. Fjedrene 14 tjener tillige til at trykke flangerne 15 mod undersiden af traverserne 5, så 15 at apparatet, navnlig ved transport og ved montering udgør et lukket apparat. Slangerne har, som vist i fig. 4 med streg-prik-linier, i udeformeret tilstand tilnærmelsesvis cirkulært tværsnit, hvis diameter D er større end den foran nævnte maksimale afstand A, jfr.
20 fig* 4, og de bliver i driftstilstanden med det ovale tværsnit afstøttet langs en bred flade mod trykpladen 12 henholdsvis traversen 5. Slangerne støttes direkte eller indirekte. I den omhandlede udførelses-form udgør slangernes i driftstilstanden ovale tværsnit 25 ca. 75¾ af deres udeformerede, cirkulære tværsnit. Af de allerede nævnte grunde findes der i det viste eksempel, uden at dette dog er nødvendigt, en bøjningsliniekom-pensator 11, der er anbragt mellem traverserne 5 og slangerne 7. Det fremgår ikke af tegningen, at eller 30 hvorledes slangerne er forbundet med hinanden. De er tilsluttet en fælles trykmiddelkilde, og i det viste eksempel strækker de sig parallelt med traverserne 5, under disse, og for hver travers findes to slanger.
De kan dog også strække sig på tværs af traverserne 35 som antydet i fig. 1. En særlig afstøtning af slangerne i området mellem traverserne er ikke nødvendig. Tryk-

8 pladen 12 er tillige udformet som varmeisolationsplade.
Et manometer 16, der ved hjælp af en stikkobling eller lignende er tilsluttet en af slangerne, tjener til kon-trollering af pressetrykket. I driftstilstanden støder 5 slangerne tæt op mod hinanden som vist i fig. 4.
Bøjningsliniekompensatoren 11 kompenserer for de øvre og de nedre traverser 5's henholdsvis 6 afbøjning.
Alligevel kan bøjningsliniekompensatoren af fremstillings-tekniske grunde have en i ubelastet tilstand plan 10 underside, jfr. fig. 3, og den deformeres da i drifts tilstanden til et tilnærmelsesvis linseformet tværsnit.
Fig. 5-7 viser en udførelsesform for apparatet, hvor dette arbejder uden trykmiddelkilde i form af en pumpe eller lignende. Ved sammenligning af fig.
15 5 og 6 vil det først ses, at hydraulikslangerne 3 også her afstøttes af traverserne 5 og 6 og den tilhørende trykplade 12, samt en mellemliggende bøjnings-liniekompensator 11, der som foran nærmere beskrevet kompenserer for traversernes 5 og 6 afbøjning under drif-20 ten. Det fremgår af fig. 6, at slangerne 7 i denne ud førelsesform er fast lukkede, og at de kun for en del af deres udeformerede, cirkulære tværsnits vedkommende er fyldt med en ikke komprimerbar væske 17. Spændeboltene 8's spændeorganer 9 er tillige udformet til betjening 25 af organerne til frembringelse af pressetrykket. Spænde^ boltene 8 er skruebolte, der er udstyret med møtrikker, der spændes ved hjælp af en skruenøgle, hvorved der kan findes kuglelejer, underlagsskiver og andre friktions-reducerende organer. Slangernes indvendige rum kan stå i 30 forbindelse med hinanden, og da slangerne som nævnt er lukkede, er de ved enderne forsynede med hertil egnede organer 19. Når slangernes indre står i forbindelse med hinanden, er lukkeorganerne 19 udformet med kanaler for denne forbindelse. Det frembragte presse-35 tryk kan reguleres ved hjælp af spændeorganerne 9 og

9 måles ved hjælp af manometeret 16, der er tilsluttet i hvert fald én af slangerne, fortrinsvis ved hjælp af en stikkobling således, at manometeret kan aftages ved transport af apparatet. I idet viste eksempel strækker cslan-5 gerne sig parallelt me-d traverserne 5 og 6 under disse med to slanger for hver travers. Slangerne kan dog i princippet også anbringes ;på tværs af traverserene. Ved sammenligning af fig. 6 og 7 ses det, at slangerne er påfyldt en ikke komprimerbar væske 17, der i deres udeforme-10 rede tilstand udfylder ca. 75% af slangernes cirkulære-tværsnit. Det fremgår endvidere af fig. 7, at slangerne i deres deformerede driftstilstand ligger tæt op mod hinanden, hvorved der opnås en meget ensartet tryk-fordeling. Som følge heraf opnås der sikkerhed for, at 15 alle slangerne 7 i driftstilstanden undergår samme defor-mering og dermed samme.sammentrykning, hvorved en tryk-pude med hydrostatisk spændingstilstand virker overalt med samme tryk, og der sikres en ensartet og tilstrækkelig homogen trykfordeling. En luftpude i slangerne, 20 der står under overtryk eller undertryk i forhold 'til det atmosfæriske tryk, er uden skadelig virkning for den beskrevne funktion.
Bøjningsliniekompensatoren 11 kan udelades både i tudfø-reisesformen ifølge fig. 1 - 4 og i udførelsesformen 25 ifølge fig. 5 og 7.

Claims (11)

1. Apparat til reparation af transportbånd af gummi eller formstof og til udformning af sådanne bånd til endeløse bånd, hvilket apparat omfatter opvarmelige pres- 5 seplader, øvre traverser, nedre traverser og hydrauli ske, til en trykmiddelkilde sluttede organer til frembringelse af et pressetryk, og hvor traverserne er forbundet parvis med hinanden ved hjælp af spændebolte med mekaniske spændeorganer og er indrettet til under 10 indvirkning af et forud fastlagt pressetryk at blive bibragt en bøjningsdeformation med fastlagt bøjningslinie, samt hvor organerne til frembringelse af pressetrykket virker mellem en af pressepladerne og de tilhørende traverser, kendetegnet ved, at or-15 ganerne til frembringelse af pressetrykket omfatter omkredsbestandige, men tværsnitsdeformerbare hydraulik-slanger (7), der på den ene side afstøttes af den tilhørende travers (5) og på den anden side er optaget i en i indstillelig afstand fra traversen anbragt,
20 U-formet trykplade (12), og at trykpladernes afstand fra deres traverser er valgt således, at hydraulikslangerne i driftstilstanden har ovalt tværsnit.
2. Apparat ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at hydraulikslangernes (7) under driften ovale tvær- 25 snitsflade andrager mellem 25 og 75¾ af deres ude- formerede, cirkulære tværsnitsflade.

4. Apparat ifølge ethvert af foranstående krav, kendetegnet ved, at ihydraulikslangerne (7) strækker sig på tværs af traverserne (5, 6).

9. Apparat ifølge ethvert af foranstående krav, k e n- 20 detegnet ved, at hydraulikslangerne (7) er af støttet mod traverserne (5) og/eller mod den tilhørende trykplade (12) gennem en mellemliggende bøjnings-liniekompensator (11).

Apparat ifølge ethvert af foranstående krav, k e n- 25 detegnet ved., at hydraulikslangerne (7) er fast lukkede, og at deres udeformerede, cirkulære tværsnit kun er delvis udfyldt med en ikke komprimerbar væske (17), og at spændeboltenes (8) spændeorganer (9) tillige tjener som betjeningsorganer for organerne til DK 154619B 12 frembringelse af pressetrykket.
