Datorn tar emot specifikationen eller utarbetar egen specifikation från basinput. Om man exempelvis önskar ut- forma ett skrov, blir inputen spantrutorna, medan datorn sköter resten. Datorn väljer sektioner och skärvinklar, så att hela skrovet kan byggas upp av sektioner lagda direkt intill varandra. Samtidigt väljer datorn skär- ningsmönstret så, att spillet mineras.
Det skrivmaterial, som skall skäras medelst laser, är anordnat att placeras på ett skärbord. En laser mon- teras ovanför skärbordet med fokus i materialets över- yta, som utgöres av en tunn plåt av aluminium eller stål.
En annan laser monteras under skärbordet med fokus lagt i materialets underyta, som även den lämpligen utgöres É av en tunn plåt. Lasern skär materialet enligt de in- I struktioner, som datorn lämnar. En beräknad skärhastig- het för en lämpligt dimensionerad laser är i storleks- ordningen några löpmeter per minut.
Materialet måste naturligtvis kunna skäras av laser- utrustningen med någorlunda måttlig effekt, vilket be- gränsar materialet till tunna plåtar och uretan eller liknande. Ett lämpligt skivmaterial består av uretan och plåt eller en sandwich-konstruktion av plåt, uretan och plåt. Genom att variera pláttyperna och i viss mån tjock- lekarna med volymmaterialets täthet kan man få stora variationer i resultatet och en flexibel produkt. I nor- malfallet torde plàtarnas tjocklek ligga mellan 0,7 - 1,0 mm.
Uppfinningen kommer att närmare beskrivas i anslut- ning till bifogade ritning, vilken åskådliggör tillverk- ningen av ett båtskrov, varvid det färdiga skrovet utgör själva konstruktionskroppen. Fig 1 visar de i skrovet ingående spantrutorna. Fig 2 visar skrovets av spanten bestämda form. Med ut- gångspunkt från denna form skäres efterföljande intill- liggande sektioner 3 ut ur skivor medelst den datorstyrda lasern. Sektionerna 3, som sålunda är anordnade att pla- ceras intill varandra och medelst lim eller dylikt sam- manfogas med varandra, är vid skärningen så formade, att desammas mot varandra vända sammanfogningsytor är kongruenta. Fig 3 visar skrovets 2 akter uppbyggd av sektioner 3, medan fig 4 visar hela skrovet 2 uppbyggt av sektioner 3.
Skrovets 2 yta kan lämpligen kläs med följsamma tunna, eventuellt laserskurna skivor av uretan och plåt, som klistras med kanterna direkt mot varandra på skro- vets 2 utsida. Plåten kan vara tunn alplåt eller rost- fri plåt, som ger mekanisk hållfasthet och korrosions- styrka. Samtidigt kommer plåten att utgöra drag- och tryckorgan för längsgående moment. Den med plåten kom- binerade uretanen bör vara tätare än uretanen i sektio- nerna 3.
Vid större skrov 2 kommer en längsstabilitet att krävas, som kan erhållas genom att förstärka skrovet med en längsgående balkkonstruktion eller med särskilt ut- bildade drag- och tryckorgan. Det är lätt att i sektio- nerna 3 reservera plats för sådana uppstyvningar. Dessa zoner kan senare användas som fixpunkter vid montaget, dvs limningen av sektionerna 3 vid varandra.
I stället för att på skrovets 2 utsida placera en plåt, kan man ytbelägga skrovet 2 med en glasfiberväv eller motsvarande. Eventuellt kläs båda sidorna av kon- struktionen.
Produkten kan varieras genom att variera uretan- skiktens tjocklek och täthet samt plåtarnas tjocklek och kvalitet.
Statiskt fungerar konstruktionen som om den vore uppbyggd av tunna plåtar eller skal, som bringas att samverka med varandra via volymmaterialet, dvs uretan- 8302555-1 10 15 25 30 4 skummet, vilket material även hindrar utknäckning av den tunna konstruktionen. Genom konstruktionens uppbygg- nad förhindras krympningen i volymmaterialet praktiskt taget helt.
En kompletterande isolering för fasader, som fram- ställes enligt uppfinningen, kan som utgångsmaterial ha uretan och tunn rostfri plåt. Fasadens utseende matas in i datorn, som med laserns hjälp skär ut det lämpliga mönstret för fasaden.
Såsom redan framgått av beskrivningen ovan kan kon- struktionskroppen enligt uppfinningen komma till använd- ning inom de mest skilda områden. Sålunda kan den utfor- mas till flygplansvinge eller till konstgjort hjärta.
I det senare fallet är det viktigt, att ett sådant skiv- material väljes, som kroppen accepterar.
Konstruktionskroppen enligt föreliggande uppfin- ning kan dessutom användas som modell för att utforma en gjutform i exempelvis hârdbetong. Gjutformen delas i två halvor, som monteras pâ ramen. Ramarna hopmonte- ras med hydrauler, så att gjutformen kan öppnas och slu- tas. En betongmodell kan nu tillverkas i hârdbetong di- rekt i formen.
Hårdbetongformen kan nu användas för att kallforma den tunna ytplåten pâ båda sidorna om kärnan, uretan- skummet. Det sker med betongmodellen i formarna. När man tar bort betongmodellen kan uretanet skummas in mel- lan de kallformade tunna plåtarna.
Metoden är lämplig vid korta serier, då betongen så småningom skadas i ytan. Under kallformningen av plå- tarna kan man belägga betongformarna med någon gummiduk eller liknande för att få ett bättre resultat.
Det man vinner med denna metod är att ytan kan ut- formas med en kallformad tunn plåt även vid komplice- rade ytor samt att laserskärningen begränsas till modellen.
Uppfinningen är inte begränsad till det ovan beskriv- na och på ritningen visade, utan kan förändras inom ra- men för patentkraven.
Claims (2)
1. Konstruktionskropp, vilken är speciellt avsedd att bilda en hel eller en del av en bärande konstruktion och vilken består av ett antal skivor (3), som är placerade på varandra och sammanfogade med varandra, 5 k ä n n e t e c k n a d därav, att skivorna (3), som består av uretanskum eller liknande plastmaterial, är åtminstone på sin ena sida och lämpligen på båda sidorna försedda med en tunn plåt, och att de olika skivorna (3) är så utformade, att desammas mot varandra 10 vända sammanfogningsytor är kongruenta.
2.
