Abstract

يوفر الاختراع طريقة تصنيع مركبات بنزين، تولوين وزيلين benzene, toluene, and xylene (BTX) بواسطة تغذية تيار المنتج المهذب الثقيل heavy reformate stream إلى مفاعل، حيث يشتمل المفاعل على محفز زيوليت مركب composite zeolite catalyst، والذي يحتوي على خليط من موردينايت mordenite متوسط المسام منزوع السليكا desilicated وزيوليت سكوني موبيل Zeolite Socony Mobil (ZSM)-5، وفيها يشتمل موردينايت ذو مسام متوسطة منزوع السليكا، زيوليت سكوني موبيل-5 أو كلاهما على واحد أو أكثر من الفلزات المشربة impregnated metals. يكون محفز الزيوليت المركب قادر على تحفيز تفاعل الألكلة المتبادلة transalkylation reaction وتفاعل نزع الألكيل dealkylation reaction بصورة متزامنة لإنتاج مركبات بنزين benzene، تولوين toluene وزيلين xylene. شكل 1 ج
