Abstract
La presente invención describe un proceso para la conversión de compuestos fenólicos en hidrocarburos aromáticos. De manera más detallada, la presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la conversión, mediante hidrodesoxigenación selectiva, de suministros fenólicos en hidrocarburos aromáticos, tales como benceno, tolueno, alquilbencenos y otros. La hidrodesoxigenación catalítica selectiva se efectúa en ausencia de una fuente externa de hidrógeno molecular.
