Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بعملية لمعالجة تيارات تطهير معمل تكرير refinery purge streams، تحتوي على مكون هيدروكربوني hydrocarbon component في طور ملاط slurry phase له درجة غليان أكبر من أو تساوي 140 ْم، حيث تتميز بوجود كميات من الأسفلتين asphaltenes أكبر من أو تساوي 5٪ بالوزن و حيث تتميز بوجود نسبة مواد صلبة أكبر من أو تساوي 5٪ بالوزن. توفر العملية خلط تيار التطهير المذكور مع عامل صهر fluxing agent مناسب حسب النسب المناسبة وتحت ظروف معينة، لتكوين معلق به نسبة أكبر من أو تساوي 10٪ بالوزن من مركبات ذات درجة غليان boiling point Tbp أقل من أو تساوي 350 ْم. بعد الخلط، يتم إرسال المعلق suspension إلى خطوة فصل separation step المواد السائلة عن الصلبة حيث تعمل تحت ظروف مناسبة، وفصل طور صلب يحتوي على مكون عضوي متبق residual organic component و مكون صلب solid component، يُسمى العجينة، و طور سائل يحتوي على مواد صلبة متبقية. يتم تبريد الطور الصلب الذي تم الحصول عليه إلى أقل من 60 ْم، بما في ذلك الحد العلوي، وتكوين مادة صلبة حبيبية granular solid يتم تخزينها وحفظها عند درجة حرارة أقل من أو تساوي 60 ْ
