Abstract

Se recupera petróleo a partir de sólidos oleosos que contienen mercurio mezclando los sólidos con al menos un agente de tratamiento seleccionado entre seleccionado entre floculantes, compuestos sulfídicos, desemulsionantes y combinaciones de estos y, opcionalmente, un disolvente, formando una mezclan la mezcla se separa después para recuperar una primera fase que contiene aceite tratado que tiene menos del 50% de la cantidad original de mercurio en los sólidos oleosos y una segunda fase que contiene sólidos tratados que tienen una concertación reducida de mercurio. En, una realización, los sólidos oleosos se seleccionan entre lodos de perforación; sedimentos oleosos que revisten el interior de las tuberías; sedimentos de depósito en tanques, recipientes y separadores de crudo de petróleo; revestimientos superficiales en los equipos; mezcla oleosa de baja calidad de operaciones aguas arriba; sólidos oleosos de operaciones de procesamiento de aceite pesado; abrasivos; sólidos recuperados de procesos de la eliminación de mercurio de materiales de hidrocarburo; materiales adyuvantes de filtrado cha operaciones de eliminación de mercurio; materiales de limpieza de vertidos y mezclas de estos.
