Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren sowie eine Einrichtung zur Trennung der Dickphase von der Dünnphase bei einer Schwebkörper enthaltenden Flüssigkeit, wie landwirtschaftliche Gülle, gemäß Oberbegriff der Patentansprüche 1 und 13. Um hierbei die Trennung von Dickphase und Dünnphase so vorzunehmen, dass der Prozess dynamischer abläuft, und eine Sperrung des Ablaufes durch zugesetzte Filter vermieden wird, und die Trennung von Dickphase und Dünnphase in Bezug auf den Energieaufwand deutlich zu reduziert wird, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass die Gülle vor Einleitung in einen Absetzbehälter mit einem Fällungsmittel vermischt, oder ein Fällungsmittel der Gülle zugeführt wird, und nachfolgend im Absetzbehälter die bereits vor Fällung enthaltenen Schwebkörper und/oder die durch Fällung entstehenden Schwebkörper als Dickphase abgesetzt oder abgetrennt, und hernach die abgesetzte oder abgetrennte Dickphase von der als Klarzone sich bildenden Dünnphase separat abgezogen wird.
