Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بعملية لتحضير مركبات ميثاكريلات ألكيل alkyl methacrylates، وتحديدا مثيل ميثاكريلات methyl methacrylate (MMA) وحمض الميثاكريليك methacrylic acid، أساسها الميثاكرولئين methacrolein، الذي تم استرته تأكسدياً في مرحلة ثانية للعملية. ويمكن الحصول على الميثاكرولئين methacrolein من حيث المبدأ من وحدات بها ذرتي كربون carbon (C2) ووحدات بها 4 ذرات كربون (C4). وتتميز العملية الحالية بأنه يمكن بواسطتها الحصول على ميثاكريلات ألكيل alkyl methacrylate وحمض الميثاكريليك methacrylic acid بطريقة بسيطة، بمعدلات انتاج عالية ونقاوة عالية، سواء في صورة خليط أو في صورة تيارات منتجات مفصولة. وبالتحديد، تتميز عملية الاختراع بشكل كبير بأنه يمكن تحديدا ضبط النسبة من المنتجات المرغوبة حمض الميثاكريليك methacrylic acid وميثاكريلات الألكيل alkyl methacrylate، وخاصة MMA، بحرِّية ضمن مدى واسع وأنها تختلف باختلاف الاجراءات الهندسية الكيميائية ومتغيرات التشغيل. انظر الشكل 1.
