Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بتصنيع 3-(2-bromo-4,5-dimethoxy-phenyl)propanenitrile (I) يشتمل على تعريض 1-bromo-2-(bromomethyl)-4,5-dimethoxy-benzene (II) لتأثير قاعدة في وجود acetonitrile في مذيب عضوي organic solvent للحصول على (I). يشتمل تصنيع 3-(2-bromo-4,5-dimethoxy-phenyl)propanenitrile له الصيغة (I) على تعريض 1-bromo-2-(bromomethyl)-4,5-dimethoxy-benzene له الصيغة (II) لتأثير قاعدة في وجود acetonitrile في مذيب عضوي organic solvent للحصول على (I). يتم تضمين عنصر حماية مستقل لتصنيع ivabradine أو الملح المقبول صيدلانياً منه، يشتمل على: تعريض (II) لتأثير قاعدة في وجود acetonitrile في مذيب عضوي organic solvent للحصول على (I)؛ وتحويل (I) إلى ivabradine أو التحويل الاختياري إلى أملاح أو hydrates من ivabradine من خلال المعالجة بحمض مقبول صيدلانياً يشتمل على : hydrochloric acid, hydrobromic acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, trifluoroacetic acid, lactic acid, pyruvic acid, malonic acid, succinic acid, glutaric acid, fumaric acid, tartaric acid, maleic acid, citric ac
