Claims (17)
1. Способ изготовления абразивного материала с покрытием, содержащего рельеф композитов абразив/связующее, сцепленный с материалом основы, отличающийся тем, что он включает в себя следующие операции: нанесение состава суспензии, содержащего абразив и отверждаемое полимерное связующее, на подложку, непрерывным или рельефным образом; обработка нанесенного состава для придания по меньшей мере поверхностной части состава пластичности, но не текучести; насечка рельефа на состав абразив/связующее; и затем отверждение связующего компонента состава для сохранения указанного рельефа.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что нанесенный рельеф делают пластичным, но не текучим за счет увеличения вязкости по меньшей мере поверхностного участка состава путем нанесения функционального порошка.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что функциональный порошок выбирают из группы, образованной абразивами, наполнителями, шлифующими добавками, порошкообразными антистатиками, стеарированными порошками и их смесями.
4. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что состав суспензии наносят по меньшей мере в виде двух слоев с различными композициями.
5. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что функциональный порошок наносят также между слоями композиции суспензии с образованием многослойной структуры состава суспензии.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что состав абразив/связующее содержит по меньшей мере один летучий компонент, причем концентрацию абразивного компонента в поверхностном слое увеличивают за счет удаления по меньшей мере некоторой части летучего компонента.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что нанесенный состав делают пластичным, но не текучим за счет снижения его температуры перед приложением инструмента для насечки рельефа.
8. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что связующее содержит отверждаемый излучением полимер или термоотверждаемый полимер, или же их комбинацию.
9. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что связующий полимер представляет собой не химически- активный термопластичный компонент.
10. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что абразив составляет 10 - 90% от веса состава.
11. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что абразивное звено выбирают из группы, образованной церием, оксидом алюминия, плавленым оксидом алюминия, оксидом циркония, карбидом кремния, кубическим нитридом бора и алмазом.
12. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что состав также содержит одну или несколько добавок, выбранных из группы, образованной шлифующими добавками, инертными наполнителями, антистатиками, смазками, противозасаливающими агентами и их смесями.
13. Способ по п. 12, отличающийся тем, что состав содержит шлифующую добавку, выбранную из группы, образованной криолитом натрия, тетрафторборатом калия и их смесями.
14. Абразив с покрытием, изготовленный способом по п.1.
15. Абразив с покрытием, изготовленный способом по п.2.
16. Абразив с покрытием, изготовленный способом по п.3.
17. Абразив с покрытием, изготовленный способом по п.5.
