Description
例1
この例において、基礎製品はNORaX U466 X110として商業的に販売されている商品である。この製品は、硬化されたアクリレート樹脂バインダー内に分布されたP150グリットの炭化ケイ素砥粒からなる生成複合体のランダムな三重らせんパターンを含む、設計された表面を持つ被覆研磨材である。複合体の表面は、P150炭化ケイ素砥粒およびフルオロホウ酸カリウムの混合物からなる機能的粉末の層を含み、アクリレート樹脂の硬化の前に付着、接着される。
例2
この例において、設計された表面を有する、例1で用いられたのと同一の基礎被覆研磨材が使用された。しかし、トップ上引き層の性質は変えられた。この例に記載される実施において、4つの異なるトップ上引き層配合物が使用された。各場合において、バインダーは形成砥粒複合体構造を構成するのに用いられたバインダーとまさに同一であったが、その配合はバインダーとともに配合されたフィラーが異なった。各場合において、配合物は例1で用いられたのと同一の2つのロールのコーターを用いて付着された。使用された配合は次のとおりである:
試料1はアクリレート樹脂のみで上引きされた(sized);
試料2は樹脂とともに20wt%のウォラストナイトを含んでいた;
試料3はウォラストナイトの代わりに氷晶石を有する以外は試料2と同一であった;
試料4はトップ上引き層を全く有さなかった。
Claims (9)
- a)基材、
b)硬化樹脂と硬化樹脂中に分散した砥粒を含み、基材に接触している複数の成形複合体、
c)成形複合体上の機能性粒子であって、砥粒、フィラー、研削助剤、静電防止剤、目詰まり防止剤および潤滑粒子から選択される粒子を含み、成形複合体に含まれる硬化樹脂により成形複合体に結合されている機能性粒子、および
d)機能性粒子上に形成され、硬化樹脂を含むトップ上引き層であって、研削助剤、不活性フィラー、帯電防止剤、潤滑材、目づまり防止剤ならびにそれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれる1つ以上の添加剤を含むトップ上引き層、
を含む被覆研磨材。 - a)基材、
b)硬化樹脂と硬化樹脂中に分散した砥粒を含み、基材に接触している複数の成形複合体、
c)成形複合体上の機能性粒子であって、砥粒、フィラー、研削助剤、静電防止剤、目詰まり防止剤および潤滑粒子から選択される粒子を含み、成形複合体に含まれる硬化樹脂により成形複合体に結合されている機能性粒子、および
d)機能性粒子上に形成され、硬化樹脂を含むトップ上引き層であって、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸ナトリウム、石英、ガラスビーズ、ガラスバブル、タルク、クレー、メタケイ酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、硫酸カルシウム、硫酸アルミニウム、酸化カルシウム、酸化アルミニウム、三水和アルミニウムならびにそれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれるフィラーを含むトップ上引き層、
を含む被覆研磨材。 - a)基材、
b)硬化樹脂と硬化樹脂中に分散した砥粒を含み、基材に接触している複数の成形複合体、
c)成形複合体上の機能性粒子であって、砥粒、フィラー、研削助剤、静電防止剤、目詰まり防止剤および潤滑粒子から選択される粒子を含み、成形複合体に含まれる硬化樹脂により成形複合体に結合されている機能性粒子、および
d)機能性粒子上に形成され、硬化樹脂を含むトップ上引き層であって、50wt%までの研削助剤を含むトップ上引き層、
を含む被覆研磨材。 - 成形複合体中の樹脂が、熱硬化性樹脂および放射線硬化性樹脂からなる群より選ばれる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の被覆研磨材。
- トップ上引き層中の樹脂が、熱硬化性樹脂および放射線硬化性樹脂ならびにそれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれる請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の被覆研磨材。
- トップ上引き層が、フェノール樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、アクリル化エポキシ樹脂のアクリル化オリゴマー、アクリル化ウレタン、ポリエステルアクリレート、アクリル化モノマーおよびポリアクリル化モノマーを含むポリマー、ならびにそれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれる樹脂を含む請求項5記載の被覆研磨材。
- 成形複合体が、セリア、アルミナ、溶融アルミナ/ジルコニア、炭化ケイ素、立方晶窒化ホウ素、ダイヤモンドおよびそれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれる砥粒の粒子を含む請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の被覆研磨材。
- 研削助剤は10〜30wt%の量で存在し、ナトリウム氷晶石、テトラフルオロホウ酸カリウム、塩素化炭化水素、ワックス、ポリ塩化ビニル、およびそれらの混合物からなる群より選ばれる請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の被覆研磨材。
- 機能性粒子が、砥粒、粘土、シリカ、ケイ灰石、三水和アルミニウム、KBF4、氷晶石、ハロゲン化物塩、ハロゲン化炭化水素、ステアリン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸カルシウム、カーボンブラック、グラファイト、ワックス、PTFE粉末、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコールおよびポリシロキサンからなる群より選ばれる請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の被覆研磨材。
