ScaI-SacI - фрагмент плазмиды pGEMI, размером 1640 п.о., включающий Т7-промотор, С-концевую часть гена bla, а также точку начала репликации;
SacI-BglII - синтетический фрагмент длиной 12 п.о., содержащий сайт связывания с рибосомами;
BglII-HindIII - фрагмент, полученный методом ПЦР, размером 1250 п.о., содержащий стартующий ATG-кодон, кодирующую часть гена Е ВКЭ без гидрофобного якоря, а также терминирующий кодон ТАА;
