Claims (19)
1. Расширяемый стент, содержащий проксимальный конец и дистальный конец, связанные друг с другом, трубчатую стенку, расположенную между проксимальным и дистальным концом, причем трубчатая стенка имеет продольную ось и пористую поверхность, определяемую множеством пересекающихся элементов, соединенных интегрально друг с другом в точках их пересечения, причем множество пересекающихся элементов определяет первый повторяющийся узор (A), который в двумерном виде и в нерасширенном состоянии стента является многоугольником, имеющим пару боковых стенок, по существу, параллельных продольной оси, первую вогнутую стенку и вторую выпуклую стенку, соединяющие боковые стенки, первая стенка и вторая стенка равноудалены вдоль оси, параллельной продольной оси, причем стент является расширяемым из первого, сжатого, положения во второе, расширенное, положение при приложении к стенту направленной радиально наружу силы, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере одна из стенок, первая вогнутая стенка или вторая выпуклая стенка, имеет плоскую вершину в форме сегмента, перпендикулярного продольной оси.
2. Стент по п. 1, в котором первая вогнутая стенка содержит плоскую вершину.
3. Стент по пп. 1 и 2, в котором вторая выпуклая стенка содержит плоскую вершину.
4. Стент по п. 1, в котором каждая из стенок, первая вогнутая стенка и вторая выпуклая стенка, содержит плоскую вершину в форме сегмента, перпендикулярного продольной оси.
5. Стент по любому из пп. 1 - 4, в котором пересекающиеся элементы определяют второй повторяющийся узор (B).
6. Стент по п. 5, в котором второй повторяющийся узор является, по существу, зеркальным отражением первого повторяющегося узора, взятым вдоль линии, по существу, перпендикулярной продольной оси.
7. Стент по любому из пп. 1 - 6, в котором первая стенка и вторая стенка, по существу, являются арочными.
8. Стент по любому из пп. 1 - 7, в котором первая вогнутая стенка содержит три сегмента.
9. Стент по любому из пп. 1 - 7, в котором вторая выпуклая стенка содержит три сегмента.
10. Стент по любому из пп. 1 - 7, в котором каждая стенка, первая вогнутая стенка и вторая выпуклая стенка, содержит три сегмента.
11. Стент по любому из пп. 1 - 10, дополнительно содержащий покрывающий его материал.
12. Стент по любому из п. 11, в котором покрывающий материал выбран из группы, включающей биологически инертный материал, медицинскую композицию и их смеси.
13. Расширяемый раздвоенный стент, содержащий проксимальный конец и дистальный конец, связанный друг с другом, причем проксимальный конец содержит первичный проход, а дистальный конец содержит пару вторичных проходов, первичный проход соединен с каждым из вторичных проходов при пересечении, каждый проход имеет продольную ось, причем стент является расширяемым из первого, сжатого, положения во второе, расширенное, положение при приложении к стенту направленной радиально наружу силы, отличающийся тем, что между проксимальным концом и дистальным концом расположена трубчатая стенка, имеющая продольную ось и пористую поверхность, и пересечение укреплено относительно остальной части стента.
14. Раздвоенный стент по п. 13, в котором стент имеет пористость, определяемую множеством пересекающихся элементов, соединенных интегрально друг с другом в их точках пересечения, причем множество пересекающихся элементов определяют как первый повторяющийся узор (A), так и второй повторяющийся узор (B), причем каждый повторяющийся узор в двумерном виде и в нерасширенном состоянии стента является многоугольником, имеющим пару боковых стенок, по существу, параллельных продольной оси, первую вогнутую стенку и вторую выпуклую стенку, соединяющие боковые стенки, причем первая стенка и вторая стенка являются равноудаленными вдоль оси, параллельной продольной оси, отличающийся тем, что второй повторяющийся узор является, по существу, зеркальным отражением первого повторяющегося узора, взятым вдоль оси, по существу, перпендикулярной продольной оси.
15. Раздвоенный стент по любому из пп. 13 и 14, в котором пересечение является пористым.
16. Раздвоенный стент по п. 15, в котором пористость пересечения определяется вторым множеством пересекающихся элементов.
17. Раздвоенный стент по любому из пп. 14 - 16, в котором по меньшей мере одна из стенок, первая вогнутая стенка или вторая выпуклая стенка, имеет плоскую вершину в форме сегмента, перпендикулярного продольной оси.
18. Раздвоенный стент по любому из пп. 14 - 17, в котором первая стенка и вторая стенка являются, по существу, арочными.
19. Раздвоенный стент по любому из пп. 13 - 18, в котором вторичный проход является удлиненным и имеет продольную ось, которая пересекает продольную ось первичного прохода под острым углом.
