Claims (6)
1. Устройство для отделения магнитных частиц от содержащей их смеси, отличающееся тем, что оно включает: удлиненный защитный корпус (1, 1') с верхним концом и нижним концом, полость (2) в защитном корпусе, проходящую от его верхнего конца в направлении его нижнего конца, подвижный стержневой магнит (4, 4'), находящийся в полости и вытянутый в направлении продольной оси полости, при этом отношение длины стержневого магнита к его толщине выбрано не менее 2 : 1, предпочтительно не менее 3 : 1.
2. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что стержневой магнит (4) содержит на своем нижнем конце магнит (5), а на своем верхнем конце ферромагнитный шток (6), прикрепленный к верхнему концу магнита.
3. Устройство по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что отношение длины стержневого магнита (4) к его толщине выбрано не меньшим 12 : 1.
4. Устройство по п. 2 или 3, отличающееся тем, что верхний конец магнита (5) и нижний конец штока (6) входят друг в друга.
5. Способ отделения магнитных частиц от содержащей их смеси, отличающийся тем, что в смесь вводят устройство для отделения частиц, содержащее удлиненный защитный корпус (1, 1') с верхним концом и нижним концом, полость (2) в защитном корпусе, проходящую от его верхнего конца в направлении его нижнего конца, подвижный стержневой магнит (4, 4'), находящийся в полости и вытянутый в направлении продольной оси полости, при этом отношение длины стержневого магнита к его толщине выбрано не меньшим 2 : 1, предпочтительно не меньшим 3 : 1.
6. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что устройство для отделения частиц вводят в смесь таким образом, что верхний конец стержневого магнита остается над поверхностью смеси.
