Abstract
Сущность изобретения: олигопептиды обладают сродством к опиоидным рецепторам, которые являются линейными или циклическими пентапептидами с первичной последовательностью аминокислот в скелете Тир-Х-Фен-Лей- Z, где Х и Z обозначают аминокислоты или производные аминокислот и/или аналоги и где Х и Z могут быть ковалентно связаны, образуя гетероциклическую структуру, в которой Z выбирают из Цис, Глу, Глн или аминокислотных производных Глу и Глн; Х выбирают из аминокислот или аминокислотных аналогов Сер, Глу, Про, АМЦК, D-Ала, D- или L-орнитина, D- или L-2,4-диаминомасляной кислоты, D- или L-Лиз и D- или L-Цис. Кроме того, фармацевтические препараты содержат вышеназванные олигопептиды, которые являются потенциально полезными в качестве анальгетиков для облегчения боли, для лечения депрессий и для повышения комфорта индивидуумов, страдающих от экстраординарного стресса или шока.

- Сущность изобретения: олигопептиды обладают сродством к опиоидным рецепторам, которые являются линейными или циклическими пентапептидами с первичной последовательностью аминокислот в скелете Тир-Х-Фен-Лей- Z, где Х и Z обозначают аминокислоты или производные аминокислот и/или аналоги и где Х и Z могут быть ковалентно связаны, образуя гетероциклическую структуру, в которой Z выбирают из Цис, Глу, Глн или аминокислотных производных Глу и Глн; Х выбирают из аминокислот или аминокислотных аналогов Сер, Глу, Про, АМЦК, D-Ала, D- или L-орнитина, D- или L-2,4-диаминомасляной кислоты, D- или L-Лиз и D- или L-Цис. Кроме того, фармацевтические препараты содержат вышеназванные олигопептиды, которые являются потенциально полезными в качестве анальгетиков для облегчения боли, для лечения депрессий и для повышения комфорта индивидуумов, страдающих от экстраординарного стресса или шока.
