Abstract

Claims (1)
- Описаны способы и реагенты для детектирования и экспоненциальной амплификации молекул-мишеней нуклеиновых кислот. Способ, в основном, использует праймерный олигонуклеотид, который гибридизуется вместе с блокаторным олигонуклеотидом с цепью молекулы-мишени, и End - Run олигонуклеотид, который может гибридизоваться с блокаторным олигонуклеотидом.
