Claims (14)
1. Композиция, включающая большую часть в виде масла, состоящего преимущественно из масла, полученного из животного или растительного материала, в смеси с меньшей частью, состоящей из добавки минерального масла, повышающей текучесть на холоду, при условии, что указанная композиция не содержит смесей сложных полимерных эфиров или сополимеров сложных эфиров акриловой и/или метакриловой кислоты, полученной из спиртов, содержащих от 1 до 22 атомов углерода.
2. Композиция, включающая большую часть в виде масла, состоящего преимущественно из масла, полученного из животного или растительного материала, в смеси с меньшей частью, состоящей из добавки, включающей одно или более из нижеследующих веществ:
(i) гребенчатый полимер,
(ii) сложный полиоксиалкиленовый эфир, сложный эфир/простой эфир или их смесь,
(iii) сополимер этилен/ненасыщенный сложный эфир,
(iv) полярный, органический, азот-содержащий ингибитор роста кристаллов парафина,
(v) углеводородный полимер,
(vi) серосодержащие карбоксильные соединения,
(vii) гидрокарбилированный ароматический депрессант снижения точки текучести,
при условии, что указанная композиция не содержит смесей сложных полимерных эфиров или сополимеров сложных эфиров акриловой и/или метакриловой кислоты, полученной из спиртов, имеющих от 1 до 22 атомов углерода.
(i) гребенчатый полимер,
(ii) сложный полиоксиалкиленовый эфир, сложный эфир/простой эфир или их смесь,
(iii) сополимер этилен/ненасыщенный сложный эфир,
(iv) полярный, органический, азот-содержащий ингибитор роста кристаллов парафина,
(v) углеводородный полимер,
(vi) серосодержащие карбоксильные соединения,
(vii) гидрокарбилированный ароматический депрессант снижения точки текучести,
при условии, что указанная композиция не содержит смесей сложных полимерных эфиров или сополимеров сложных эфиров акриловой и/или метакриловой кислоты, полученной из спиртов, имеющих от 1 до 22 атомов углерода.
3. Композиция по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что указанный сложный полиоксиалкиленовый эфир, сложный эфир/простой эфир или их смесь определяются формулой

в которой R и R2 одинаковы или различны и могут обозначать
(а) n-алкил
(б) n-алкил-
(в) n-алкил-
(г) n-алкил-
где алкильная группа является линейной и насыщенной и содержит от 10 до 30 атомов углерода, и
А обозначает полиоксиалкиленовый сегмент с молекулярной массой 100-5000, в котором алкиленовая группа имеет 1-4 атомов углерода.

где алкильная группа является линейной и насыщенной и содержит от 10 до 30 атомов углерода, и
А обозначает полиоксиалкиленовый сегмент с молекулярной массой 100-5000, в котором алкиленовая группа имеет 1-4 атомов углерода.

Композиция по п. 2 или п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что указанный полярный, органический, азот-содержащий ингибитор роста кристаллов парафина получают из гидрокарбиловой кислоты, имеющей от 1 до 4 групп карбоновой кислоты или ее ангидрида, и предпочтительно из бензол-дикарбоновой кислоты или ее ангидрида.

Применение добавки минерального масла, повышающей текучесть на холоду, при условии, что указанная добавка не содержит смесей сложных полимерных эфиров или сополимеров сложных эфиров акриловой и/или метакриловой кислоты, полученной из спиртов, содержащих от 1 до 22 атомов углерода, для модификации роста кристаллов парафина в масле, состоящем главным образом из масла, которое получено из животного или растительного материала.
6. Применение добавки, содержащей одно или более из нижеследующих веществ:
(i) гребенчатый полимер,
(ii) сложный эфир, сложный эфир/простой эфир, полиоксиалкил или их смесь,
(iii) сополимер этилен-ненасыщенный сложный эфир,
(iv) полярный, органический, азот-содержащий ингибитор роста кристаллов парафина,
(v) углеводородный полимер, и
(vi) серосодержащие карбоксильные соединения,
(vii) гидрокарбилированный ароматический агент снижения точки текучести,
при условии, что указанная добавка не содержит смесей сложных полимерных эфиров или сополимеров сложных эфиров акриловой и/или метакриловой кислоты, полученной из спиртов, содержащих 1-22 атома углерода, для модификации свойств роста кристаллов парафина в масле, состоящем преимущественно из масла, которое получено из животного или растительно материала.
(i) гребенчатый полимер,
(ii) сложный эфир, сложный эфир/простой эфир, полиоксиалкил или их смесь,
(iii) сополимер этилен-ненасыщенный сложный эфир,
(iv) полярный, органический, азот-содержащий ингибитор роста кристаллов парафина,
(v) углеводородный полимер, и
(vi) серосодержащие карбоксильные соединения,
(vii) гидрокарбилированный ароматический агент снижения точки текучести,
при условии, что указанная добавка не содержит смесей сложных полимерных эфиров или сополимеров сложных эфиров акриловой и/или метакриловой кислоты, полученной из спиртов, содержащих 1-22 атома углерода, для модификации свойств роста кристаллов парафина в масле, состоящем преимущественно из масла, которое получено из животного или растительно материала.
7. Композиция или применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов формулы, отличающаяся тем, что указанное масло представляет собой биотопливо.
8. Композиция или применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов формулы, отличающаяся тем, что указанное биотопливо является растительным маслом или производным от него.
9. Композиция или применение по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что указанное биотопливо выбирают из группы, включающей рапсовое масло, хлопковое масло, соевое масло, подсолнечное масло, оливковое масло, пальмовое масло или их сложные алкилэфирные производные.
10. Композиция или применение по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что указанное биотопливо представляет собой сложный метиловый эфир из рапсового масла.
11. Композиция или применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что указанное биотопливо содержит смесь растительных масел и/или смесь их производных.
12. Композиция или применение по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что указанная добавка содержит сополимер этилен/сложный виниловый эфир, или смесь их сополимеров.
13. Способ модификации свойств роста кристаллов парафина масла, состоящего преимущественно из масла, которое получено из животного или растительного материала, включающий смешивание с добавкой по пункту 4 или пункту 5.
14. Способ модификации свойств роста кристаллов парафина из биотоплива, включающий смешивание с добавкой по пунктам 4 или 5.
