Abstract
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, to methods for the rehabilitation of children with congenital muscular torticollis and can be used for the rehabilitation of children from 3 to 6 months. with this pathology.
Congenital muscular torticollis is a persistent shortening of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, caused by its underdevelopment or trauma in the perinatal period, manifested by tilting the head to the affected side and turning the face to the healthy side. There is also a change in the shape of the skull of the clavicles and spine. A quick response to a disease leads to positive results, and delay in treatment causes an aggravation of the disease, which leads to surgical intervention. There are conservative and surgical treatments for torticollis. Conservative are divided into acupuncture, physiotherapy and manual.
Известен способ лечения кривошеи у новорожденных путем комплексного воздействия на ткани шеи и фиксации ортопедическим воротником, согласно которому, приемами мануально-тракционной терапии устраняют кифосколиотическую деформацию и торсию с приданием шее положения физиологического лордоза и гиперкоррекции до полного растяжения всех тканей шеи на стороне деформации, затем фиксируют шею изготовленным ортопедическим воротником в виде клина, обращенного основанием в сторону деформации, а острой вершиной в противоположную сторону, причем шею ортопедическим воротником в виде клина фиксируют в течение всего первого года жизни ребенка, снимая только на время проведения комплексного воздействия; причем в процессе исправления кривошеи ортопедический воротник меняют, увеличивая высоту клина на стороне деформации по мере изменения степени гиперкоррекции и роста ребенка (Патент РФ №2691514).A known method for the treatment of torticollis in newborns by a complex effect on the tissues of the neck and fixation with an orthopedic collar, according to which, using manual traction therapy, kyphoscoliotic deformity and torsion are eliminated with giving the neck a position of physiological lordosis and hypercorrection until all tissues of the neck are completely stretched on the side of deformation, then fixed the neck is made with an orthopedic collar in the form of a wedge, the base facing towards the deformation, and with a sharp apex in the opposite direction, and the neck is fixed with an orthopedic collar in the form of a wedge during the entire first year of the child's life, removing only for the duration of the complex impact; moreover, in the process of correcting torticollis, the orthopedic collar is changed, increasing the height of the wedge on the side of deformation as the degree of hypercorrection and the growth of the child change (RF Patent No. 2691514).
A device for postural correction of torticollis is known, containing a semi-rigid body made in the form of an arc having an oval-shaped cross-section, gradually increasing from one end to the other, and at the narrow end of the body with a Velcro tape, a removable hemisphere is movably fixed, at the same time, the body and the pilot are made of a dense elastic material. Due to the shape of the device, reliable fixation in the corrected position is ensured while maintaining the possibility of turning the head in the direction of the lesion, thereby forming the function of the affected sternocleidomastoid muscle.
У взрослых инвалидов с неврогенной кривошеей - пожизненно (Патент РФ №2239394).The device is used in the conservative treatment of children with congenital muscular torticollis up to the age of three. In adult disabled people with neurogenic torticollis - for life (RF Patent No. 2239394).
20.04.1998).A known method for the treatment of spastic torticollis, including acupuncture using corporal acupuncture points, according to which, the impact on corporal acupuncture points is combined with craniopuncture, and the impact is carried out in a course of 10 procedures, daily, with a break after 5 procedures for 2 days, while the first 5 procedures carried out for 10-30 minutes by the second version of the inhibitory method on one side of the body on the corporal acupuncture points, and starting from the 3rd procedure in combination, homolaterally with craniopuncture, in the next 5 procedures, the second version of the excitatory method is applied for 5-10 minutes on the other side body on corporal acupuncture points, and starting from the 3rd procedure, combined, homolaterally with craniopuncture (Petrova L.A., RF patent No. 2108772, publ. 20.04.1998).
A known method of massage for torticollis for infants. Massage begins with the position of the child lying on his back. 1. Massage of all parts of the body. General rubbing of chest, abdomen, arms and legs. A light vibration can be applied to the chest. The chest and back are massaged from the bottom up, and the limbs are massaged from the fingers to the torso. 2. Neck massage from the healthy side, both relaxing and tonic techniques should be present here. You can apply rubbing, kneading and pressure. The muscles on this side are weakened, so you should focus on strengthening techniques. It is appropriate to alternate stroking with rubbing, then with kneading, and acupressure. 3. Massage on the side of the torticollis. You need to act very carefully and only to relax. Stroking, very light rubbing, stretching and gentle vibration are acceptable. 4. It is necessary to massage the cheeks, Then the child can be turned over on the stomach, massaging the neck in this position and stroking the back, Finish by stroking the arms and legs. The technique of the procedure on the sore side of the neck: the direction of movement is from the space behind the ear to the collarbone, from top to bottom, the muscle can be grabbed across the fingers and stretched back and forth, but very carefully, without much effort, vibration can be made with the palm of your hand, putting it on the muscle and doing gentle vibrating movements. For easy stretching, place the thumbs of both hands on the center of the affected muscle, and gently spread them in different directions along its entire length. For this technique, you may need an assistant to hold the baby. You can stretch only after the relaxing techniques described above. Compaction should also be paid attention to separately: in the process of massaging the entire muscle, very gently stroke, rub and knead it.
