Abstract
Description
The invention relates to feed production, in particular, to methods for the production of biologically active feed additives for animals and poultry, which increase the efficiency of digestion, stimulate growth and development, productivity, have a positive effect on the body of animals, and use them for disease prevention, replacement of feed antibiotics.
In the feed production system, probiotics are widely used - a class of drugs for the regulation and improvement of the composition of the intestinal biota. Modern probiotic preparations are compositions with the introduction of pro-, prebiotics and other biologically active components.
In connection with the ban in the European Union since 2006 on the use of feed antibiotics and the public demand for the production of animal and poultry products that are clean from antibiotics, a lot of research work is being done to develop products to replace feed antibiotics. In connection with the strict control of the content of residual amounts of antibiotics in livestock products, pro- and prebiotics, as well as phytopreparations, have become widely used as antibacterial drugs. Under production conditions, the high efficiency of this class of drugs has been confirmed.
10.04.2015.A method of manufacturing a biologically active feed additive for animals and birds is known, involving the preparation of a phytocarrier by mixing fiber-containing vegetable raw materials, tap water, baker's yeast autolysate, dibasic potassium phosphate, magnesium sulfate and molasses in a given ratio of components. The obtained phyton carrier is sterilized and a liquid culture of Cellulomonas flavigena VKPM B-2559 is added and kept at the specified parameters. Then sequentially make liquid cultures of Bacillus subtilis B-8130 and Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis VKPM B-4591 in equal amounts. The resulting mixture is stirred, maintained at the specified process parameters and dried to a residual moisture content of 8-10%. At the same time, crushed straw, sunflower or soybean meal are used as fiber-containing plant materials, and liquid cultures of probiotic strains of Cellulomonas flavigena VKPM B-2559, Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-8130 and Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis VKPM B-4591 are obtained by growing them on nutrient media intended for each strain of the mixture separately. RU 2546880 C2, publ. 04/10/2015.
20.02.2009.A known method for obtaining a biologically active feed additive, including two stages of its production: deep aerobic cultivation of probiotic cellulolytic bacilli - strain Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-8130 to obtain a liquid culture (first stage), and subsequent solid-phase fermentation of plant materials with limited oxygen access (second stage ). Sea buckthorn, rosehip, sunflower meal or cake, flour mill waste, cereal production are used as plant raw materials. RU 2346463 C2, publ. 20.02.2009.
The disadvantage of this technology is the use of a monoculture of a probiotic strain, a narrow range of used phyto-raw materials with low biological activity as antibacterial agents.
27.02.2009.A known method for producing a probiotic feed additive Ferm KM for farm animals and poultry, which includes strains of Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-8130, Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-2984, Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-4099 and Bacillus licheniformis VKPM B-4162, with unique antagonistic properties and effectiveness against almost 90% of opportunistic intestinal bacteria. As a phytosubstrate for solid-phase fermentation, a mixture of dry beet pulp and wheat bran is used. RU 2412612 C1, publ. 02/27/2009.
The use of a wide range of probiotic cultures and phytosubstrate makes it possible to obtain an effective supplement to improve the condition of the gastrointestinal tract of animals and birds, and improve feed conversion. However, the absence of biologically active compounds contained in a number of medicinal plants causes the use of the drug to improve digestion, not being able to replace the use of feed antibiotics.
20.03.2013.The closest to the proposed method for obtaining a biologically active feed additive is a method for obtaining a complex biologically active additive for farm animals, poultry and fish with probiotics and medicinal herbs, according to which separate deep cultivation of Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-8130, Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-2984 strains is carried out. , Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-4099 and Bacillus licheniformis VKPM B-4162 to obtain liquid cultures. Solid-phase fermentation of liquid cultures of Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-8130, Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-2984 and Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-4099 is carried out. They are mixed in a ratio of 6:6:1, respectively, until 65 liters are obtained and applied to a previously prepared carrier for solid-phase fermentation - sterile beet pulp in an amount of 200 kg, treated with a cellulolytic enzyme and enriched with Saccharomyces cerevisiae fodder yeast fermentolysate. Solid-phase fermentation is carried out under conditions of limited oxygen access at a temperature of 45-50 ° C, pH 7.5-8.0 and a batch humidity of 43-48% for 48-50 hours. The mixture is thoroughly mixed and dried to a moisture content of 8-10%, then dry powders of Echinacea purpurea herb and milk thistle fruits are added at the rate of 20-50 g of echinacea powder and 20-50 g of milk thistle powder per 1 kg of the final product. The resulting mixture is stirred for 0.5 h and subjected to crushing until a homogeneous mass is obtained. RU 2477614 C1, publ. 03/20/2013.
The disadvantages include the fact that a narrow set of medicinal herbs and certain probiotic strains act mainly as an immunomodulator and are aimed at improving the condition of the gastrointestinal tract, supporting the liver, without widespread use for improving the animal's body as a whole.
In conditions of intensive production and against the background of numerous infectious diseases, due to the high concentration of animals, the need to replace feed antibiotics, a drug with a broader spectrum of action, which has a steadily developing therapeutic effect, has high biological activity, is easily included in the biochemical processes of the animal, without contraindications.
The technical objective of this invention is to develop a method for obtaining a biologically active feed additive that provides a wide range of antibacterial and antiviral protection of the body of animals and birds, synbiotic interaction of probiotic microorganisms, prebiotic components and a complex of medicinal plants, which practically provide an effective replacement for feed antibiotics with the achievement of high production and economic indicators, obtaining environmentally friendly products.
The technical result from the implementation of the invention is to increase the biological activity and a wide range of biologically active feed additives, to ensure reliable disease prevention, increase the adaptive reserves of the body, resistance to pathogenic factors, ensure stable growth and development of animals, normalize the work of the gastrointestinal tract, strengthen immunity.
