SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary science, particularly to preparations used in treating pyoinecrotic disorders of distal extremity of cattle, including Mortellaro's disease. Preparation for treatment of Mortellaro's disease of cattle in the form of an ointment consists of an ointment base and an active substance – zinc oxide, copper sulphate, zinc oxide niosomes, copper sulphate niosomes, with the following ratio of components, wt%: zinc oxide 8, copper sulphate 25, zinc oxide niosomes 0.1–0.8, copper sulphate niosomes 0.1–0.2, ointment is the rest.
EFFECT: invention provides higher clinical effectiveness in cattle Mortellaro's disease.

Данное заболевание распространено по всему миру и причиняет большой ущерб молочному животноводству. Болезнь Мортелларо крупного рогатого скота поражает в основном дойных коров, локализируется чаще на коже свода межкопытцевой щели задних конечностей в виде округлой эрозии размером 1-5 см.
