ОПИСАНИЕ ИЗОБРЕТЕНИЯ DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Изобретение относится к области ветеринарии, в частности к способам лечения пальцевого дерматита крупного рогатого скота. The invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine, in particular to methods for treating digital cattle dermatitis.
Пальцевый дерматит крупного рогатого скота встречается чаще всего у дойных коров, зачастую поражает кожу свода межкопытцевой щели в виде изъязвления или пролиферации. Поражения болезненны и вызывают хромоту различной степени что, в свою очередь, приводит к снижению молочной и мясной продуктивности. Известен способ лечения пальцевого дерматита крупного рогатого скота путем нанесения на пораженные места тетрациклинового спрея. Негативной стороной данного способа является недостаточный терапевтический эффект. Через некоторое время применения данного спрея его лечебное действие снижается [Самоловов А.А. Известен способ лечения пальцевого дерматита крупного рогатого скота путем применения стоячих или прогонных ножных ванн, которые заполняют растворами различных веществ (медный купорос, антибиотики, формалин, перуксусная кислота, глутаровый альдегид, составы аммония и др.). У данного способа есть свои существенные недостатки: терапевтический эффект сильно варьирует в зависимости от выбранного вещества; ванны быстро загрязняются при проходе через них большого количества животных, что так же снижает терапевтический эффект; метод относительно трудоемок [Hulek M. Klauengesundheit & Klauenpflege / Leopold Stocker Verlag, Graz - Stuttgart, 2005 - s. 112 - 113.]. A known method of treating digital dermatitis in cattle by using standing or running foot baths that are filled with solutions of various substances (vitriol, antibiotics, formalin, peracetic acid, glutaraldehyde, ammonium compounds, etc.). Closest to the claimed is a method of treatment with Solka Hoofgel gel, which has a good therapeutic effect [Shahabaddin M, Nowrouzian I, Nouri M. Clinical Assessment of Four Individual Treatment for Digital Dermatitis in Dairy Cows. Iranian jounal of veterinary surgery. Vol .: 2 - Tehran, 2007 - p. 56-60].

Задачей изобретения является повышение эффективности способа лечения пальцевого дерматита крупного рогатого скота с низкой себестоимостью применяемых препаратов. Препарат для лечения пальцевого дерматита крупного рогатого скота готовят посредством смешивания компонентов до однородной массы. A preparation for treating digital cattle dermatitis is prepared by mixing the components to a homogeneous mass.
Способ лечения пальцевого дерматита крупного рогатого скота осуществляют следующим образом. На пораженные участки конечностей наносят препарат в виде мази вышеуказанного состава. Если диаметр пораженного места превышает 2 - 2,5 см, то сверху накладывают защитную повязку. Через 3 - 5 дней проводят осмотр пораженного места. Если при этом не наблюдается признаков заживления, то препарат в виде мази наносят еще раз. Как правило, достаточно одного нанесения для полного выздоровления. Признаки заживления и снижение степени хромоты начинают проявляться в течение последующих 1 - 2-х дней после нанесения препарата в виде мази. В хозяйстве ООО «Имени Гателло», корове с инв. № 256, поставлен диагноз пальцевый дерматит задней правой конечности. Диаметр поражения кожи 4 см. Применен способ лечения пальцевого дерматита крупного рогатого скота с использованием препарата в виде мази вышеуказанного состава с наложением защитной повязки двукратно с интервалом 3 дня. После удаления защитной повязки на 6-й день на месте поражения наблюдаются признаки заживления: развитие грануляционной ткани по всей поверхности поражения кожи, отсутствие болезненности при надавливании. Применен способ лечения пальцевого дерматита крупного рогатого скота с использованием препарата в виде мази вышеуказанного состава. Применен способ лечения пальцевого дерматита крупного рогатого скота с использованием препарата в виде мази вышеуказанного состава двукратно с интервалом 4 дня. На 8-й день наблюдались признаки заживления: резкое уменьшение количества характерной пролиферативной ткани, уменьшение диаметра поражения. At the Mayak farm, heifers with inv.
