Abstract

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to therapy, and can be used for treatment of chronic diseases, burdened herpes virus latent infection. Method involves introduction of chemopreparations and preparations of medicinal plants and physiotherapeutic exposure stimulating interstitial humoral transport and lymphatic system function. Introduction of preparations and physiotherapeutic exposure is combined with hepatotrophic agents, normalising gastric and intestinal intake of intestinal chelators, vitamins and trace elements. In addition, method includes epicentre antiviral lymphotropic therapy at Urin point with immunomodulating preparations of polyoxidonium and cycloferon.

EFFECT: using present method provides higher clinical effectiveness in chronic diseases, burdened by herpetic infection by lymphotropic introduction of immunomodulator.

Description

The invention relates to medicine, more specifically to a method for the treatment of chronic diseases, including the normalization of the physiological state by drug therapy and physiotherapy, and can be used to treat a wide range of chronic diseases, weighed down by herpetic viral latent infection.

Currently, the problem of normalizing the physiological state of the human body in practical medicine is solved either by directly influencing the pathological process using etiopathogenetic and symptomatic therapeutic agents, or by enhancing the protective functions of the body, for example, using immunomodulators (MD Mashkovsky, “Medicines ", M .: Medicine, 1993; Fr N2624019, EP N0068042, US N4521407, DE N2804457, WO N9106307, SU N1168253, SU N1816217). In the course of a number of diseases, the use of enterosorbents (Enterosorption, ed. By N. A. Belyaev, L., 1991) and (EP N 0172018, EP N0132534, SU N 1468858, SU N 1560219) gives a good therapeutic effect. The very successful use of human growth hormone for these purposes is also known (US N 4816439).

It seems optimal to use drugs in combination with physiotherapeutic influences, due to which a more stable therapeutic effect is achieved ("Physical treatment methods in otolaryngology" V.P. Nikolaevskaya, M .: Medicine, 1989; "Interstitial electrophoresis of essentiale and contracal in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis and chronic pancreatitis ", Fayez RI, diss. candidate of medical sciences, Minsk, 1990).

However, well-known drugs and combinations of drugs, in combination with physiotherapeutic effects, give an unstable therapeutic effect or are ineffective.

In addition, the so-called "environmental" diseases have now appeared, the pathological therapy of which has not been developed at all. Therefore, there is an urgent need for an effective therapeutic method with which you can influence a specific pathology and normalize the parameters of homeostasis.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is “A way to normalize the physiological state by controlling the process of interstitial humoral transport (IHT) and the drainage function of the lymphatic system (LS) in general pathology (Russian Patent for invention No. 2131727, filed July 31, 1996).

This method allows to optimize drug therapy, to carry out the correction of immunity, to obtain a therapeutic effect when previously known methods are ineffective.

Previously conducted experimental studies and clinical observations ("Practical lymphology", Baku, Yu.M. Levin, 1982; "Fundamentals of therapeutic lymphology", M. Yu. M. Levin, 1996, a.s. SU N 293609, a.s. . SU N 452343, ac SU Ν 825079, a.s. SU Ν 939005, a.s. SU Ν 1217376, a.s. SU Ν 1273051) showed that humoral transport and the lymphatic system are involved in almost all pathological processes; that stimulation of IHT and lymphostimulation increase the flow of fluid from the blood into the interstitium, the speed of its movement in the pericellular (extravascular) space and the outflow of lymph by 5-10 or more times.

It was found that the acceleration of humoral transport to the links of the blood capillary ---> interstitium (inflow zone) ---> interstitium (outflow zone) ---> lymphatic capillary ---> lymphatic vessel allows the removal of medium and large molecular weight accumulated in the interstitium formation, including exo- and endotoxins, and thereby contribute to the normalization of cell function and homeostasis.

The basis of the known invention is a new therapeutic approach that allows you to eliminate violations of IHT and the functions of drugs by reorganizing the direct "ecological" space of cells.

This approach is called endoecological rehabilitation (ERL), it includes means and methods of influencing various parts of IHT and lymphatic drainage (LD), primarily with the goal of detoxifying the extravascular environment of the direct habitat of cells, which has a pronounced therapeutic and healing effect, with "ordinary" and actually endoecological diseases and on a weakened body.

The well-known patent employs fundamentally new methods that selectively and comprehensively enhance the barrier, transport, metabolic, immune and other functions of the LS methods, which, together with the action on various links of IHT and LD, represent the formed medical directions - general clinical lymphology and humorology.

The use of stimulation of IHT and LD in inflammatory processes of various etiologies and localizations - sepsis, peritonitis, meningitis, mastitis, abscesses, phlegmon, cholecystitis, allows curing without surgery in 30 - 70% of cases, while in a specific group this figure is no more than 15- twenty%.

When the method is included in the complex therapy of obliterating diseases of the lower extremities, amputation of the legs is avoided in 76% of patients.

The inventive method according to the known invention is complex, stimulating detoxification processes at different levels: from the extracellular space to the excretory organs, which ensures the release of the whole organism from endo- and exotoxins, which leads to the normalization of homeostasis parameters.

According to the known invention, combined or sequential stimulation of IHT and LD is carried out by various types of exposure, including exposure to the subsequent steps of removing exo- and endotoxins from organisms. Preferred are the means and methods selected from the following: 1) electrophysiotherapeutic procedures, 2) chemo- and phytotherapeutic agents, 3) various types of mechanical massage, 4) water and thermal procedures, 5) physical and other procedures.

Of particular therapeutic and recreational value of this method is the atraumatic variant of such stimulation. For endoecological rehabilitation, both chemotherapeutic drugs and medicinal plants, electrophysiotherapeutic, water, thermal and other influences and their combinations, which stimulate IHT drainage, barrier, transport, metabolic, immune and other drug functions, are used. The complex of endoecological rehabilitation includes well-known atraumatic methods of detoxification, as well as well-known means of normalizing body functions. The method showed a therapeutic effect in the treatment of various diseases associated with general or local intoxication, it was first found that some known drugs have the ability to affect the processes of IHT and LD and that they also have a detoxifying effect at the cellular level. In the previous literature on these drugs, such information is not available. So, urea causes a dose-dependent lymphogon effect, which manifests itself already 3-5 minutes after drug administration and lasts for 30-100 minutes. Moreover, the biological toxicity of tissue fluid in the area of the pathological focus is reduced by 1.5-5 times. Mannitol stimulates IHT and LD. This drug has proven to be an effective means of detoxification in myocardial infarction, as well as in other pathological processes and conditions. Beta-adrenostimulator alupent increases the formation and transport of lymph by 3-4 times, and the alkaloid ergotamine and alpha-blocker - tropafen - by 10 times. At the same time, the detoxifying effect of lymphostimulation reproduced by these drugs was established. It has been established that these parameters include sodium salicylate, nicotinic acid, streptase, and terrilithin. The pronounced anti-lymphatic coagulation property, combined with lymphogon detoxifying tissue effect, has the combined use of sodium salicylate and nicotinic acid. Thus, in animal experiments, their joint administration lengthened the coagulation time of the thoracic duct lymph during the observation day. Recalcification time, thrombin time, free heparin content increased; hepatarin tolerance dropped 1.5-2 times; the concentration of fibrinogen decreased. It was found that a drug that enhances hydrodynamics in one of the organs may not have such an effect in the other. Moreover, along with drugs, in the action of which the ability to stimulate LD has been identified, drugs with the opposite effect have been established. So, no-spa, platifillin hydrotartrate, papaverine hydrochloride slow down lymphatic drainage by 20-40%. At the same time, the removal of medium and large molecular metabolites from the extracellular space is reduced. Of particular note is the ability we discovered by some medicinal plants, in addition to the properties described in the literature, to stimulate IHT, LD, and the removal of toxic metabolites from the cell habitat. The use of such plants for cellular detoxification is preferable over other methods, since the harmlessness of such kind of medicinal plants has been proven by centuries of experience in their use for other purposes.

According to the known invention, it is possible to use plants separately or in the form of fees from mutually compatible plants. When compiling the fees, the features of the predominant focus of their action on the IHT and LD of individual organs were taken into account. For example, an infusion of parsley root has this effect mainly in the heart and uterus, an infusion of rose hips - in the lymph nodes, an infusion of plantain leaves - in the intestinal wall. In the known invention, drugs that enhance the detoxification function of the liver were also used to normalize the physiological state, since it is known that the liver supplies up to 80% of the lymph of the thoracic duct. It was found that drugs known as choleretic and improve the metabolic and detoxifying function of the liver have a lymphogon effect in this organ. In turn, an increase in the lymph-forming function of the liver is accompanied by an improvement in its detoxifying function.

Developed by Levin Yu.M. (endoecological rehabilitation according to Levin) pathogenetic therapy through the lymphatic system includes scientifically based detoxification of the entire internal environment and the epicenter treatment of diseases, which is reflected in the Russian patent for invention No. 2131727, which was developed in 1996.

However, in the era of technological development, a person faced a violation of the ecology of the internal environment of the body, in connection with which most people have very low immunity due to the carriage of viruses and the known method used to normalize the physiological state in the treatment of patients proceeds with an exacerbation of internal viral disease, it is difficult and not gives the expected rise in immunity and the complete cure of a chronic disease.

In this regard, medicine faced the challenge of learning how to manage the internal environment of the human body and to develop new effective healing methods.

A known method of treating diseases through the lymphatic system through points L.M. A lot of tests of the proposed method of treatment were carried out, which showed the feasibility and necessity of using this technique and its application in the practice of treatment led to remarkable results.

The need for the development of new methods of therapy is dictated by the deterioration of health in the population, a sharp decrease in immune defense mechanisms, the severity of the treatment of many diseases. The author of this study pays particular attention to acquired immunodeficiency in most Russians. Of course, low immunity can be explained by the deteriorating ecology, constant stress, a sedentary lifestyle, etc. But the reason for the deterioration of health is the fact that a large part of the population are carriers of viral infections, in particular viruses of the herpetic group (GVI). The relevance of the study of GVI is due to the wide circulation of herpes viruses in the population (up to 90%), the possibility of infection of a wide range of organs and tissues (including immune and nervous), the ability of viruses to persist for a long time in the body, forming a latent stage of infection with subsequent reactivation during human immune suppression. Persistence is understood as a variety of obligate intracellular parasitism of viruses in leukocytes, macrophages, nerve cells, vascular endothelium, when the host cells continue to perform their own cellular functions. Against the background of a long course of a slow infectious process (latent) caused by viruses of the Herpesviridae family, an immunodeficiency state develops. This leads to the formation of pathological changes in organs and systems, to which, at first glance, there is no direct tropism of herpes viruses.

The technical result of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of the treatment of chronic diseases of a wide spectrum, weighed by a herpetic viral latent infection.

This result is achieved by the fact that in the method of treating chronic diseases aggravated by a herpetic viral latent infection, by normalizing the physiological state, including the introduction into the body of chemotherapeutic drugs, drugs from medicinal plants and physiotherapeutic effects, stimulating interstitial humoral transport and the functions of the lymphatic system, in which the introduction of drugs and physiotherapeutic effects are combined with hepatotropic drugs that normalize the activity of the fishing rod and intestines, with enterosorbents, vitamins and microelements, additionally carry out epicentral antiviral lymphotropic therapy at Yuryin’s points with immunomodulating drugs polyoxidonium and cycloferon.

As a medicine, polyoxidonium, as well as other immunomodulatory drugs are administered at Yuryin’s points, taking into account the individual characteristics of the patient’s health.

The following is an example of the proposed method for the treatment of chronic diseases based on modulation of antiviral immunity.

The method was carried out as follows.

Normalization of the physiological state of the patient was carried out by collecting medicinal plants by ingestion of the infusion, including a leaf of currant, a leaf of incense, rose hips and a leaf of lingonberry for 10 days. At the same time, they stimulated the choleretic function of the liver, using a tubage of allochol and cholenzyme. The enterosorption of polyphepan was simultaneously used with these two drugs.

Also, during these 10 days, antiviral therapy was performed at Yuryin’s points. In practice, 2, 5 and 7 points were used, which are the most effective, since the drug is at the epicenter of the pathological focus.

0.25% solution of novocaine was injected subcutaneously, in a sufficient dose, into the corresponding points of Yuryin, then a medicine with the properties of a conductor was introduced into the lymphatic system through the same needle, for example, heparin at a dose of 5000 IU (1 ml). The wide importance of herpes viruses in the etiology of many diseases necessitates the inclusion of antiviral therapy at Yuryin points in the treatment of chronic diseases and with any rehabilitation and detoxification programs, as well as the diagnosis of herpes viruses in many infectious diseases and chronic diseases that are difficult to treat.

An important link in any treatment and detoxification is the liver, through which a huge amount of toxins is filtered, which creates a load on this organ and a favorable environment for the generalization of latent infections. The main efforts in medicine are aimed at maintaining metabolism in the liver, increasing bile secretion. Over the past decades, cytomegalovirus hepatitis and Epstein-Barr hepatitis have become more frequent. The consequence of these hepatitis is a violation of the Kupffer liver cells, that is, a violation of the capture and elimination of toxins, breakdown of the synthesis of collagen and important biological substances, a decrease in the functions of immunity and regeneration, and a weakening of anti-inflammatory processes. In the research work, people aged 35 to 45 years were taken. The main criterion is a history of latent herpes virus infection.

All respondents are divided into two groups: main and control.

The main group has three subgroups - A, B, C (herpes virus infection (GVI) is confirmed laboratory)

Subgroup A includes the endoecological rehabilitation procedure of Professor Levin Yu.M. (ERL) and antiviral drug therapy (polyoxidonium 6 mg rectally in suppositories).

Subgroup B - respondents receive health correction with the help of ERL and lymphotropic therapy with 6 mg polyoxidonium, to the points of L.M. Yuryina.

Subgroup C - respondents heal endoecological way with decoctions of herbs with antiviral activity (St. John's wort).

The control group includes two subgroups.

Subgroup D - health correction was carried out in individuals who did not notice the presence of herpesvirus infections (GVI), using standard physiotherapeutic methods without ERL and antiviral therapy.

Subgroup Ε - persons who noted episodic manifestations of GVI, not confirmed by laboratory tests, without ESR were treated with decoctions of herbs with antiviral activity.

Statistical evaluation was carried out using Genes confidence indices. The most reliable and effective in the research groups was group B, where for the treatment of chronic diseases, combinations of ERL with antiviral therapy with polyoxidonium 6 mg lymphotropically were used, at point 2.

2. Clinical observation

On the basis of the boarding house, a study was conducted of the effectiveness of antiviral lymphotropic therapy in the Yuryin zone. All subjects (15 people) had a history of latent viral infection with periodic exacerbations (herpes viruses type 1 and 2). Patients underwent endoecological rehabilitation according to Levin, and, in parallel, 10 people (active group) received antiviral therapy with 6 mg polyoxidonium at Yuryin's points (inguinal regions). The course of therapy was 5-7 injections. A control group of 5 people received only ERL without antiviral therapy. At the beginning of the passage of ESR, the majority of patients had a clinically exacerbated viral infection. Patients receiving antiviral therapy had shorter periods of the course of the viral infection, as well as milder clinical forms of herpes infection. Patients residing on the ERL program noted an increase in periods of remission of herpes infection and clear signs of increased immunity (did not suffer from colds).

Conclusion: clinically proven advantage in the active group of antiviral lymphotropic therapy compared with the control group.

3. Clinical observation

Patient B., 29 years old. I came to the boarding house for endoecological rehabilitation with a diagnosis of chronic bilateral salpingo-ooparitis. It has long been treated by gynecologists. Exacerbations occur with a frequency of 2-3 times a year. After the first course of ERL, the patient is directed to the diagnosis of herpes infection. Laboratory studies have shown high titers of herpes simplex virus type 1, cytomegalovirus and Epstein-Barr virus. After 4 months, the patient was asked to undergo a second course of ESR with antiviral lymphotropic therapy, which included 7 injections of 6 mg polyoxidonium diluted with 0.5% novocaine solution, subcutaneously, in the inguinal region. Already on the 3rd day of treatment, the patient noted the cessation of pulling pains in the lower abdomen, the absence of secretions, and an improvement in overall well-being. After the second course in a boarding house, the duration of remission is 1.5 years.

Over the entire period of operation of the boarding house, there were about 10 such clinical cases. The author, especially, would like to note that women with similar diagnoses came to the boarding house without examinations for herpes infection, which was never taken into account during therapy. Joint endoecological rehabilitation and antiviral lymphotropic therapy can achieve a marked increase in cellular immunity and better anti-inflammatory treatment.

4. Clinical observation.

The results of clinical observations with the sanatorium treatment of bronchopulmonary diseases are proposed. 17 people with chronic bronchitis and concomitant ENT diseases applied to the boarding house. Most of them during the survey noted the presence in the history of herpes simplex virus type 1. All patients were divided into 2 groups: active (12 people) and control (5 people). In the active group, endoecological rehabilitation according to Levin was carried out together with antiviral therapy in the Yuryin zone (polyoxidonium 6 mg diluted in 0.5% novocaine solution was injected subcutaneously under the xiphoid process of the sternum). In the control group, only ERL was performed.
