Proposed invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices due to conferring to vodka coffee-resinous tints in taste and aroma and enhancing the biological activity due to using sodium succinate enhancing effect of biologically active substances as components of plant stevia.

The disadvantages of the known vodkas are slightly reduced organoleptic properties as a result of the use of water-alcohol liquid of somewhat reduced quality, which does not provide softness in taste.

An aqueous-alcoholic solution (sorting) is prepared from rectified ethyl alcohol "Extra" and corrected drinking water.
