Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the reconstruction of existing low-rise residential buildings in the variant of their construction and superstructure.
There is a method of conversion of a residential building by increasing the area of apartments using building elements located on the facade of the building. With this method, rooms of different floors located one above the other are combined by vertically connecting two openings of the external walls belonging to the apartments to be combined. To do this, an element is added to the building’s facade, in which the staircase is located [1] This method, although it allows you to increase the area of apartments, but only by reducing their number and does not improve the use of the volume of the building.
A house is also known, consisting of blocks located one above the other, each of which has two residential sections located on both sides of the longitudinal axis of the building. One of the sections occupies two floors, and the other, located on the opposite side of the building, on the other floor, both of these sections are offset one relative to the other by half a floor. These sections, located in two neighboring blocks of the highest height, are mounted in a checkerboard pattern [2] The described construction of the house does not allow to increase the area of apartments during the reconstruction of the building.
The closest analogue adopted for the prototype of the claimed invention is a reconstructed building, around which perimeter floors of the building are erected in ceilings, connected through openings in the outer walls of the building being reconstructed with its floors, and additional floors built on these floors of the building and the building to be reconstructed. All floors in such a building are located on the same level within the floor [3] At the same time, the technical solution dramatically worsens the illumination of the interior of the apartments located in the reconstructed building, and apartments located in the superstructure of the building and solved in the traditional version, that is, when the height of residential and social facilities is the same, not all of the building’s volume can be used, especially in buildings with sloping roofs.
The objective of the invention is to increase the illumination of apartments on the floors of the building and in more efficient use of the volume of the superstructure of the building, i.e. in improving the technical characteristics of the reconstructed building.
This problem is solved in that the reconstructed building has floors that are mounted within the floor at different levels: the floors of some floors of the building are located above the level of the corresponding floors of the building to be reconstructed and both floors are connected to each other within each apartment by a staircase located in the opening of the outer wall of the building under reconstruction. The floors of this part of the building are located above the floors of the reconstructed building and building, in which the floors are mounted at the same elevation. The height of the part of each apartment located in the building is greater than the height of the rest of this apartment. The height of the equipped floors located above floors with floors in the same level is
B b + h / n,
Where
B height of the fenced floor,
b floor height of the building under reconstruction,
h the number of floors located above the floor of the building and the reconstructed building with ceilings at one level,
n the distance between the floor of the built-up floor and the ceiling of the same floor of the reconstructed building on the top floor.
In addition, the adjusted floors of the building have an inclined roof, and in apartments located mainly on floors located above the bottom of the inclined roof, the floors within each apartment are mounted at different levels and connected by stairs. Ceilings in the living rooms of such apartments are located above the floors of the sanitary facilities, and the height of the living rooms is greater than the height of the sanitary facilities. Ceilings of the upper sanitary facilities are connected by stairs with ceilings of the upper and lower living rooms, forming apartments on two levels.
A comparative analysis of the claimed invention with the prototype shows that it differs, firstly, located at least part of the floors of the floors of the building above the corresponding floors of the building being reconstructed and connecting them within each apartment by a staircase located in the opening of the outer wall of the building being reconstructed, and secondly, the height of the part of each apartment located in the building is greater than the height of the rest of the same apartment located in the building under reconstruction. Thirdly, the difference also lies in the height of the built-up floor, determined by the above formula. In addition, the adjusted floors located under an inclined roof above the lower elevation of this roof, located under an inclined roof above the lower elevation of this roof, also has a displacement in height within each apartment of the ceilings and the connection of these ceilings with stairs, and the ceilings in the living rooms located above the ceilings sanitary facilities at a height of living rooms greater than the height of sanitary facilities, and the ceilings of the upper rooms form apartments on two levels. This analysis allows us to conclude that there is novelty in the proposed invention.
A comparison of the present invention with other known technical solutions shows that the displacement of the ceilings in height in the floors of the building allows to improve the illumination of the apartments formed at the level of the reconstructed building, and the same technique in the built-in floors with an inclined roof allows more efficient use of the volume of this part of the reconstructed building, having received Additionally, in its upper floors, apartments are on two levels, i.e. improve the technical characteristics of the building as a whole. This comparison allows us to conclude that the claimed invention exceeds the existing level of technology, and the effects can be achieved by methods known in the art.
In FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal vertical section of the reconstructed building, in FIG. 2 is a plan view, a section along A-A, a fragment, in FIG. 3 is a plan view, a section along BB, a fragment, in FIG. 4 is a diagram of the illumination of the constructed floors.
h количество этажей, расположенных выше этажа обстройки и реконструируемого здания с перекрытиями на одной отметке;
The reconstructed building is made of three volumes: reconstructed 1 low-rise (in the example, five-story) building,
B b + h / n
Where
B height of the fenced floor,
b floor height of the building under reconstruction,
h the number of floors located above the floor of the building and the building under reconstruction with ceilings at the same level;
n the distance between the floor of the built-up floor and the ceiling of the same floor of the reconstructed building on the top floor.
In a particular case, the heights of premises located on one floor may differ from those calculated according to the above formula, however, to ensure better illumination of apartments, the height of the ceiling mark in the building must exceed the height of the ceiling mark in the corresponding floor of the building under reconstruction. In this case, the difference between the marks of the floors of the building and the building under reconstruction changes discretely: in the drawings, the minimum number of steps of the stairs between the rooms has apartments located in the lower floors of the building and the maximum in the upper floor, however, for better illumination of the apartments, the solution may be different: maximum difference between the ceilings it is arranged in the lower floor, and to the upper floor it has a difference that can be minimized.
In the superstructure floors, the apartments have clearly defined zones, in one of which there are living rooms 18, and in the other sanitary facilities 19: hallways, sanitary units, kitchens, halls, etc. In a reconstructed building with a sloping
The described layout of the installation of ceilings and the formation of a multi-level apartment allows, in the presence of an inclined roof, to more effectively use the volume of the building by including in the composition of the apartments rooms located under the roof of the building.
The described effects are achieved due to the new application of well-known technical methods: the installation of floors at different levels and the difference in the level marks of floors, which varies discretely along the height of the building, allows you to apply unconventional architectural and planning solutions.
