Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the construction of residential multi-storey buildings with a sloping roof.
A residential building is known in which the area of apartments is increased with the help of building elements located on the facade of the building. These building elements combine rooms of different floors, located one above the other, with the help of stairs mounted in elements. This technique, although it allows you to increase the area of apartments, but only by reducing the number of apartments [1] The volume of the building is not fully utilized.
A house is also known, consisting of blocks located one above the other, each of which has two residential sections located on both sides of the longitudinal axis of the building. One of the sections occupies two floors, and the other, located on the opposite side of the building, in one floor, both of these sections are offset one relative to the other by half a floor. These sections are located in two staggered dwelling blocks [2]. The described construction of the house does not allow to increase the use of the entire volume of the building with an inclined arrangement of its roof. This analogue is taken as a prototype of the invention.
The objective of the invention is a more complete use of the volume of the building.
This problem is solved due to the fact that the building is made with a sloping roof and in apartments located mainly on floors above the bottom of the sloping roof, the floors in living rooms are mounted above the floors of sanitary facilities. In this case, the difference in elevations between the level of overlap of living rooms and the level of overlap of sanitary facilities discretely changes in height of the building. Living rooms have a greater height than the height of sanitary facilities. The ceiling of the upper sanitary facilities in the building is connected by stairs and ceilings of the upper and lower adjacent buildings, forming apartments on two levels.
A comparison of the claimed residential building with the prototype shows that it differs, firstly, by the difference in the height of the living rooms and sanitary facilities, and the height of the living rooms is greater than that of the sanitary facilities, and secondly, the construction of the roof of the building is inclined and the installation of ceilings located above the bottom elevation of the inclined roof, at different levels: the ceiling of the living rooms of a particular floor is mounted above the ceiling of the sanitary facilities of the same floor, thirdly, the difference in elevation between the level of the floors of the veins rooms and the level of overlap of the sanitary facilities from floor to floor varies discretely, and, fourthly, the overlap of the upper sanitary facilities is connected within each apartment with ceilings of the higher and lower adjacent adjacent floors by stairs, forming apartments on two levels. This comparison allows us to conclude that there is novelty in the claimed invention.
Analysis of other well-known technical solutions shows that the execution of residential rooms and sanitary facilities of different heights and the location of their floors at different levels is discrete, in the case of a sloping roof of the building, it allows more efficient use of the volume of the building, organizing apartments on two levels in the upper floors. This analysis shows that the use of the claimed invention allows to surpass the prior art.
At the same time, the above effect is achieved due to the new application of well-known technical examples: the installation of ceilings at different levels and the difference in the marks of the levels of floors, which varies discretely along the height of the building, allows the use of non-traditional architectural and planning solutions.

In FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal vertical section of a building; in FIG. 2 - also a plan view.
The multi-storey residential building 1 contains
The described scheme of installation of ceilings and the formation of a multi-level apartment makes it possible to more efficiently use the volume of the building in the presence of an inclined roof, including the premises located under the roof in the apartment.
