This creates a situation where lighting cannot be secured. In the present invention, when arranging a garden with a large depth in all the dwelling units, a method of calculating a width and a position of the yard with respect to a frontage of the dwelling unit, and a method of calculating a distance for determining the depth of the yard are devised. It is an object to establish a structure that converts the situation into a situation where “sufficient lighting can be secured”.

Therefore, there must not be a large depth garden on the floor directly above and below the garden on that floor. Therefore, in the present invention, first, a garden arrangement is performed in which three layers (the floor and the floor immediately above and below the floor) constitute a set. First, the width of the garden on the floor is set to half the width of the frontage of the dwelling unit, and the other half is arranged in a stairwell. This is an arrangement to provide a yard with a large depth to all dwelling units and to eliminate unfairness in the area of the yard and the resulting lighting. Next, on the floor directly above and below that floor, the positional relationship between the garden and the atrium is arranged in reverse. In other words, by setting the atrium directly above and below the floor at the same position as the garden on the floor, the garden on the floor can be a space having a ceiling height of two floors. From this space, the dwelling units can secure sufficient lighting. Also, the distance for determining the depth of the garden is arbitrary but not infinite, and is determined by calculating the distance in a range where lighting can be performed based on the floor height of the dwelling unit and the position of the sun on the construction site. The position of the sun at the time of calculating this distance is not the summer solstice, which has strong hot sunlight, but needs to be able to take light during the southern middle of the winter solstice. Specifically, it is required that daylight can be obtained during the winter solstice in the middle of the winter solstice, which is comparable to that of a conventional apartment house with a narrow balcony. Note that the floor height of the dwelling unit is one of the factors, which is arbitrarily determined, and has a relationship that the depth of the garden can be increased as the floor height increases.

In all the dwelling units, the balconies 7 have been kept to be used as evacuation routes in the same manner as the conventional apartment buildings,
Furthermore, a distance (a distance within which light can be obtained depending on the height of the dwelling unit and the position of the sun on the construction site) is calculated and determined arbitrarily, and pillars 3 are built and connected by girders 4 to establish a structure Let it. Next, on this floor, a small beam 5 is arranged at a position half the length of the frontage of the dwelling unit, and a portion where a slab (floor) is provided is a garden 1.
Then, a planar arrangement in which a portion where no slab is provided is defined as the blow-by hole 2 is performed. The arrangement of the garden 1 and the atrium 2 is reversed on the floor immediately above and below the floor. That is, the directly above floor and the immediately lower floor at the same position as the garden 1 on the floor are the atrium 2. By the planar arrangement of the three layers (the floor and the floor immediately above and below it), the garden 1 on the floor can be a space having a ceiling height of two floors. From this space, the dwelling units will secure sufficient lighting

This is a mode that can be achieved by changing the planar arrangement of FIG. In addition, when the occupant occupies two dwelling units (adjacent dwelling units), the yard 1 can be doubled in width.

A space with a ceiling height of two floors was created in the garden on that floor.
In addition, the determination of the depth of the garden was also determined by calculating the distance at which lighting was possible during the middle of the winter solstice in the construction site, thereby solving the problem of securing lighting that could not be achieved conventionally, and It is a structure that makes it possible to provide a large garden for all dwelling units. In addition, the garden itself has been devised in several ways to make it possible for residents of multi-family dwellings to have more diversified lifestyle options.
