Сущность: поверхностный слой имплантата, расположенный на основе (корпусе) или фиксирующих элементах, формируют из смеси, состоящей из порошкообразного титана и костной муки, которая при добавлении питательного раствора обеспечивает рост как от поверхности, так и внутрь протеза (или фиксирующих элементов) таким образом, что компоненты смеси связываются друг с другом. В результате устраняется образование соединительной ткани в местах соединения имплантата и тела. 2 ил.

Description

Изобретение относится к имплантату, предназначенному для тесного сцепления биологической ткани.
Известен имплантат, состоящий из металлической основы с покрытием из костной ткани.
Недостатком известного имплантата является то, что процесс выздоровления пациента занимает весьма длительное время, что приводит к образованию соединительной ткани в местах соединения имплантата и ткани.
Целью изобретения является устранение указанного недостатка.
Эту цель достигают за счет того, что поверхностный слой имплантата, расположенный на основе (корпусе) или фиксирующих элементах, формируют из смеси, состоящей из порошкообразного титана и костной муки, которая при добавлении питательного раствора обеспечивает рост как от поверхности, так и вовнутрь протеза (или фиксирующих элементов) таким образом, что компоненты смеси связываются друг с другом. Изобретение может быть осуществлено практически при любом соотношении компонентов смеси.
Имплантат изготовляется в форме, полость которой заключает в себе основу (или часть ее, на которую должен быть нанесен указанный слой) и смесь указанного материала в пространстве между основой и стенками полости формы. К такой смеси, содержащейся в полости формы, добавляют питательный раствор, промотирующий (обычно после добавления) рост биологического материала в смеси.
Для цели изобретения может быть использован любой коммерчески доступный питательный раствор, промотирующий рост ткани.
Такой имплантат можно легко подогнать для конкретного пациента. Полость формы формуют после, например, удаления зубов, и любые модификации, которые могут позднее понадобиться, определяются рентгенографически после имплантации имплантата, сформированного в форме. Затем модификации полости формы осуществляют для получения более правильного имплантата.
На фиг.1 показан зубной протез, который нужно затем ввинтить в челюсть. Фиксирующий элемент 2 протеза сделан из промотирующего рост ткани титана с пористой внешней поверхностью (полученный спеканием, нанесением металла испарением и т.д.). К основе фиксирован слой 3, состоящий из смеси костной муки 4, измельченной из костной ткани челюсти, взятой у пациента, и титанового порошка 5. К смеси добавлен питательный раствор 6, который вызывает рост костной муки в смеси из ткани 7, связывающей компоненты 4, 5 слоя 3 друг с другом и с основой 2. Протез выполнен в силиконовой форме 8 с резьбой 9 на ее внутренней поверхности, за счет чего создается резьба 10 на внешней поверхности зубного протеза.
На фиг. 2 показан хрящевидный протез 11, снабженный несколькими титановыми шпильками 12, внедренными одним концом в слой 13 описанной смеси. Противоположными свободными концами шпилек 12 имплантат 11 может быть фиксирован на тканях тела.

Claims (1)

  1. Имплантат, содержащий биологический материал в поверхностном слое, предназначенном для соприкосновения с тканью тела, отличающийся тем, что, с целью устранения образования соединительной ткани в местах соединения имплантата и тела, поверхностный слой корпуса или фиксирующих элементов сформирован из смеси порошкообразного титана и костной муки, которая в питательной среде растет как в направлении к поверхностному слою, так и к корпусу или к фиксирующим элементам и одновременно скрепляет компоненты смеси.
