Claims (20)
1. Способ лечения субъекта, нуждающегося в таком лечении, включающий введение терапевтически эффективного количества подготовленных стволовых клеток, которые были подготовлены под воздействием напряжения сдвига.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что подготовленные стволовые клетки содержат подготовленные мезенхимальные стволовые клетки.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что подготовленные стволовые клетки содержат композицию, полученную способом, включающим:
(a) получение исходной популяции стволовых клеток;
(b) культивирование стволовых клеток на субстрате для обеспечения адгезии клеток; и
(c) приложение контролируемого напряжения сдвига к стволовым клеткам с силой, достаточной для получения подготовленной композиции.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что субъект имеет хроническое или острое воспаление, болезнь «трансплантат-против-хозяина», скелетно-мышечную травму, неврологическое повреждение или аутоиммунное расстройство.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что неврологическое повреждение представляет собой травматическое повреждение головного мозга.
6. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что подготовленные стволовые клетки вводят в комбинации с одним или более дополнительными терапевтическими агентами.
7. Способ повышения числа клеток CD105+ в костном мозге пациента, включающий введение пациенту эффективного количества мезенхимальных стволовых клеток.
8. Способ по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что мезенхимальные стволовые клетки содержат клетки, которые были подготовлены под воздействием напряжения сдвига.
9. Способ по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что мезенхимальные стволовые клетки содержат подготовленную композицию, полученную способом, включающим:
(a) получение исходной популяции стволовых клеток;
(b) культивирование стволовых клеток на субстрате для обеспечения адгезии клеток; и
(c) приложение контролируемого напряжения сдвига к стволовым клеткам с силой, достаточной для получения подготовленной композиции.
10. Способ по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что пациент имеет неврологическое повреждение.
11. Способ по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что неврологическое повреждение представляет собой травматическое повреждение головного мозга.
12. Способ по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что пациент страдал от неврологического повреждения в течение менее чем 24 часов до указанного введения.
13. Способ по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что мезенхимальные стволовые клетки вводят системно.
14. Способ по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что мезенхимальные стволовые клетки вводят внутривенно.
