Claims (27)

1. Высушенный распылением порошок, по существу, состоящий из 3'-сиалиллактозы (3'-SL) и/или 6'-сиалиллактозы (6'-SL), которая была получена посредством микробной ферментации.
2. Высушенный распылением порошок по п. 1, где указанный высушенный распылением порошок содержит по меньшей мере 80 мас.%, по меньшей мере 85 мас.%, по меньшей мере 90 мас.%, по меньшей мере 93 мас.%, по меньшей мере 95 мас.% или по меньшей мере 98 мас.% 3'-SL и/или 6'-SL.
3. Высушенный распылением порошок по п. 1 или 2, в котором 3'-SL и/или 6'-SL находится в аморфной форме.
4. Высушенный распылением порошок по любому из пп. 1-3, где указанный высушенный распылением порошок содержит 15 мас.% воды или менее, предпочтительно 10 мас.% воды или менее, более предпочтительно 7 мас.% воды или менее, наиболее предпочтительно 5 мас.% воды или менее.
5. Высушенный распылением порошок по любому из пп. 1-4, где указанный высушенный распылением порошок не содержит генетически модифицированных микроорганизмов и молекул нуклеиновых кислот, происходящих из генетически модифицированных микроорганизмов.
6. Способ изготовления высушенного распылением порошка по любому из пп. 1-5, включающий следующие стадии:
а) очистка 3'-SL и/или 6'-SL от ферментационного бульона;
б) предоставление водного раствора, содержащего 3'-SL и/или 6'-SL стадии
а); и
в) подвергание раствора стадии б) распылительной сушке.
7. Способ по п. 6, в котором стадия очистки 3'-SL и/или 6'-SL от ферментационного бульона (стадия а)) включает одну или более из следующих стадий:
i) удаление клеток микробов из ферментационного бульона с получением осветленного технологического потока;
ii) подвергание указанного осветленного технологического потока по меньшей мере одной ультрафильтрации;
iii) обработка указанного осветленного технологического потока по меньшей мере один раз катионообменной смолой и/или по меньшей мере один раз анионообменной смолой;
iv) подвергание указанного осветленного технологического потока по меньшей мере одной нанофильтрации и/или диафильтрации;
v) подвергание указанного осветленного технологического потока по меньшей мере одному электродиализу;
vi) обработка указанного осветленного технологического потока по меньшей мере один раз активированным углем; и/или
vii) подвергание указанного осветленного технологического потока по меньшей мере один раз стадии кристаллизации и/или осаждения.
8. Способ по п. 6 или 7, в котором водный раствор содержит 3'-SL и/или 6'-SL в количестве по меньшей мере 20% (мас./об.), 30% (мас./об.), 35% (мас./об.) и вплоть до 45% (мас./об.), 50% (мас./об.), 60% (мас./об.).
9. Способ по любому из пп. 6-8, в котором водный раствор, содержащий 3'-SL и/или 6'-SL, подвергают распылительной сушке при температуре сопла по меньшей мере 110°С, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 120°С, более предпочтительно по меньшей мере 125°С и менее 150°С, предпочтительно - менее 140°С и более предпочтительно - менее 135°С.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 6-9, в котором водный раствор, содержащий 3'-SL и/или 6'-SL, подвергают распылительной сушке при температуре на выходе по меньшей мере 60°С, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 65°С и менее 80°С, предпочтительно - менее 70°С.
11. Применение высушенного распылением порошка по любому из пп. 1-5 для изготовления питательной композиции, предпочтительно детской питательной смеси.
12. Питательная композиция, содержащая высушенный распылением порошок по любому из пп. 1-5.
13. Питательная композиция по п. 12, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере один дополнительный ОГМ (олигосахарид грудного молока), где указанный по меньшей мере один дополнительный ОГМ представляет собой нейтральный ОГМ или сиалированный ОГМ.
14. Питательная композиция по п. 12 или 13, в которой указанный по меньшей мере один нейтральный ОГМ выбран из группы, состоящей из 2'-фукозиллактозы, 3-фукозиллактозы, лакто-N-тетраозы, лакто-N-неотетраозы и лакто-N-фукопентаозы I.
15. Питательная композиция по любому из пп. 12-14, в которой указанный по меньшей мере один сиалированный ОГМ выбран из группы, состоящей из 3'-сиалиллактозы, 6'- сиалиллактозы, сиалиллакто-N-тетраозы (LST)-a, LST-b, LST-c и дисиалиллакто-N-тетраозы.
16. Питательная композиция по любому из пп. 12-15, где указанная питательная композиция содержит по меньшей мере один пробиотический микроорганизм.
