Claims (26)

1. Стальная подложка с покрытием, содержащая по меньшей мере первое покрытие, состоящее из алюминия, при этом первое покрытие имеет толщину 1,0-4,5 мкм и покрыто непосредственно поверх себя вторым покрытием на цинковой основе, причем второе покрытие имеет толщину в 1,5-9,0 мкм, при этом отношение толщины первого покрытия к толщине второго покрытия составляет 0,2-1,2.
2. Стальная подложка по п. 1, в которой второе покрытие содержит по меньшей мере один элемент, выбранный из: Si и Mg.
3. Стальная подложка по п. 1 или 2, в которой второе покрытие содержит менее, чем 0,5% (масс.) магния.
4. Стальная подложка по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой второе покрытие не содержит по меньшей мере один из следующих далее элементов: магний, алюминий, медь и кремний.
5. Стальная подложка по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой второе покрытие состоит из цинка.
6. Стальная подложка по любому из пп. 1-5, в которой первое покрытие имеет толщину 2-4 мкм.
7. Стальная подложка по любому из пп. 1-6, в которой второе покрытие имеет толщину 1,5-8,5 мкм.
8. Стальная подложка по любому из пп. 1-7, в которой отношение толщины первого покрытия к толщине второго покрытия составляет 0,2-0,8.
9. Стальная подложка по любому из пп. 1-8, в которой между стальной подложкой и первым покрытием присутствует промежуточный слой, при этом указанный промежуточный слой содержит железо, никель, хром и необязательно титан.
10. Способ изготовления стальной подложки с покрытием по любому из пп. 1-9, включающий следующие далее стадии:
А. обеспечение наличия стальной подложки,
В. необязательно стадия подготовки поверхности стальной подложки,
С. осаждение первого покрытия, состоящего из алюминия, при этом первое покрытие имеет толщину 1,0-4,5 мкм, и
D. осаждение второго покрытия на цинковой основе, при этом второе покрытие имеет толщину 1,5-9,0 мкм,
при этом отношение толщины первого покрытия к толщине второго покрытия составляет 0,2-1,2
11. Способ по п. 10, в котором в случае проведения стадии В) поверхностную обработку выбирают из: дробеструйной обработки, травления, декапирования, полирования, пескоструйной обработки, шлифования и осаждения промежуточного слоя, содержащего железо, никель, хром и необязательно титан.
12. Способ по п. 10 или 11, в котором на стадиях С) и D) проводят осаждение первого и второго покрытий независимо друг от друга при использовании нанесения покрытия в результате погружения в расплав, технологического процесса электролитического осаждения или вакуумного осаждения.
13. Способ по п. 12, в котором на стадиях С) и D) в случае проведения вакуумного осаждения первое и второе покрытия осаждают независимо друг от друга при использовании технологического процесса магнетронного катодного распыления, технологического процесса струйного осаждения из паровой фазы, технологического процесса электромагнитного левитационного испарения или электронно-лучевого физического осаждения из паровой фазы.
14. Применение стальной подложки с покрытием по любому из пп. 1-9 для изготовления детали механического транспортного средства.
15. Установка для непрерывного вакуумного осаждения покрытий на перемещающуюся стальную подложку при использовании способа по любому из пп. 10-13 для получения стальной подложки с покрытием по любому из пп. 1-9, содержащая в следующем далее порядке:
А. необязательно промежуточную секцию, содержащую устройство для магнетронного катодного распыления,
В. первую секцию, содержащую устройство для электронно-лучевого испарения, и
С. вторую секцию, содержащую устройство для испарения и струйного осаждения из паровой фазы.
16. Установка по п. 15, в которой в случае присутствия промежуточной секции устройство для магнетронного катодного распыления имеет камеру для вакуумного осаждения, содержащую одну мишень, изготовленную из железа, хрома, никеля и необязательно титана, и плазменный источник для осаждения промежуточного слоя, содержащего железо, никель, хром и необязательно титан, на стальной подложке.
17. Установка по п. 15 или 16, в которой в первой секции устройство для электронно-лучевого испарения содержит камеру для вакуумного осаждения, содержащую испарительный тигель, содержащий металл, состоящий из алюминия, нагревательное устройство и электронную пушку.
18. Установка по любому из пп. 15-17, в которой во второй секции устройство для испарения и струйного осаждения из паровой фазы содержит камеру для вакуумного осаждения, содержащую по меньшей мере испарительный тигель и устройство для струйного нанесения покрытия из паровой фазы, при этом по меньшей мере один испарительный тигель является подходящим для использования при запитывании устройства для струйного нанесения покрытия из паровой фазы при использовании паров на цинковой основе.
