Claims (18)

1. Способ улучшения средства биоконтроля, включающий модификацию in vitro бактерии Pseudomonas, обладающей активностью биоконтроля, для устойчивости по меньшей мере к одному гербициду, где указанный гербицид выбран из группы, состоящей из глифосата, глюфосината (ингибитора глютаминсинтазы), сульфонилмочевины и имидазолиноновых гербицидов (ингибиторов синтеза аминокислот с разветвленной цепью).
2. Способ по п.1, в котором бактерия Pseudomonas представляет собой бактерию Pseudomonas fluorescens или бактерию Pseudomonas chlororaphis.
3. Модифицированное средство биоконтроля, где указанное средство биоконтроля получено селекцией in vitro под воздействием гербицида и является устойчивым к указанному гербициду, и где указанное средство биоконтроля представляет собой бактерию Pseudomonas, обладающую активностью биоконтроля, и указанный гербицид выбран из группы, состоящей из глифосата, глюфосината (ингибитора глютаминсинтазы), сульфонилмочевины и имидазолиноновых гербицидов (ингибиторов синтеза аминокислот с разветвленной цепью).
4. Модифицированное средство биоконтроля по п.3, где указанная бактерия Pseudomonas представляет собой бактерию Pseudomonas fluorescens или бактерию Pseudomonas chlororaphis.
5. Модифицированное средство биоконтроля по п.3 или 4, где указанная бактерия Pseudomonas включает штамм, депонированный как NRRL № B–50897.
6. Модифицированное средство биоконтроля, включающее штамм бактерии Pseudomonas, обладающий активностью биоконтроля и устойчивостью к глифосату, и депонированный как NRRL № B–50897, где родительский штамм был модифицирован in vitro, чтобы иметь указанную устойчивость к глифосату.
7. Способ контроля патогена растения, включающий нанесение на культуру, семя или зону выращивания растения эффективного количества комбинации средства биологического контроля и фунгицида, при этом указанное средство биологического контроля депонировано как NRRL № B–50897 и представляет собой жизнеспособный штамм Pseudomonas chlororaphis, указанный фунгицид включает фенексамид, азоксистробин, тебуконазол, дифеноконазол, хлороталонил или трифлумизол, и указанный фунгицид наносят при норме применения менее чем 1X от указанной в формуляре для указанного патогена растения и указанного растения или семени, и где указанное эффективное количество контролирует указанный растительный патоген.
8. Способ по п.7, в котором указанный фунгицид наносят при норме применения приблизительно 1/3X или приблизительно 1/2Х от указанной в формуляре для указанного патогена растения и указанного растения или семени.
9. Способ по п.7, в котором указанное средство биологического контроля наносят в количестве от приблизительно 102 до приблизительно 10 16 колониеобразующих единиц (КОЕ) на гектар.
10. Способ по п.7, в котором указанный патоген растения включает гриб.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором указанный гриб включает Phakopsora pachyrhizi.
12. Способ по п.7, в котором указанное средство биологического контроля и указанный фунгицид наносят одновременно.
13. Способ по п.7, в котором указанное средство биологического контроля и указанный фунгицид наносят последовательно.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором указанный способ включает посадку семя, покрытого указанным средством биоконтроля, на посевную площадь и нанесение указанного фунгицида на указанное семя, культуру, выращенную из указанного семени, или на указанную площадь при норме применения менее чем 1X от указанной в формуляре для указанного патогена растения и указанного растения или семени.
15. Способ по п.7, в котором указанное растение является однодольным.
16. Способ по п.7, в котором указанное растение является двудольным.
17. Способ по п.10, в котором указанный гриб включает гриб Botrytis, гриб Colletotrichum, гриб Phytophthora, гриб Pythium или гриб Phakopsora.
18. Способ контроля патогена растения, включающий нанесение на растение, семя или посевную площадь эффективного количества комбинации средства биологического контроля и фунгицида, при этом указанное средство биологического контроля депонировано как NRRL № B–50897 и оно является жизнеспособным штаммом Pseudomonas chlororaphis, и указанный фунгицид включает фенексамид, азоксистробин, тебуконазол, дифеноконазол, хлороталонил или трифлумизол, где указанное эффективное количество контролирует указанный растительный патоген, и количество указанного средства биологического контроля эффективно для уменьшения количество указанного фунгицида для достижения по меньшей мере эквивалентного уровня контроля указанного патогена растения по сравнению с нанесением только одного указанного фунгицида на растения, семя или посевную площадь.
