Claims (19)
1. Способ обработки биопротезных тканей, в частности, биологических тканей, используемых для сердечно-сосудистых протезов, причем указанный способ включает применение циклодекстрина, способного самостоятельно удалять фосфолипиды из биопротезных тканей.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором циклодекстрин представляет собой β-циклодекстрин.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2 для снижения кальцификации биопротезных тканей.
4. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов для снижения остаточной токсичности биопротезных тканей для того, чтобы хранить биопротез в растворе, не содержащем альдегиды.
5. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов в сочетании с полиэтиленгликолем для достижения дегидратации ткани и этиленоксидом для стерилизации.
6. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно включающий стадию промывки, где циклодекстрин используют для удаления оставшихся молекул свободного альдегида из ткани.
7. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором циклодекстрин выбран в следующей группе: γ-циклодекстрин, 2-гидроксипропил-β-циклодекстрин, простой сульфобутиловый эфир β-циклодекстрина, сульфатированный β-циклодекстрин, мальтозил-β-циклодекстрин.
8. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, дополнительно включающий применение этанола.
9. Способ по п. 8, в котором этанол и циклодекстрин применяют одновременно.
10. Способ по п. 8 или 9, отличающийся последовательным применением этанола, с последующим применением циклодекстрина.
11. Способ по п. 8 или 9, отличающийся последовательным применением циклодекстрина, с последующим применением этанола.
12. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, включающий процесс сшивания.
13. Способ по п. 12, в котором процесс сшивания происходит после применения циклодекстрина.
14. Способ по п. 13, включающий второе применение циклодекстрина, которое происходит после процесса сшивания.
15. Способ по п. 12, в котором процесс сшивания происходит перед применением циклодекстрина.
16. Продукт для обработки биопротезных тканей, в частности, сердечно-сосудистых тканей, причем указанный продукт включает циклодекстрин.
17. Продукт по п. 16, в котором циклодекстрин представляет собой β-циклодекстрин.
18. Продукт по п. 16 или 17, дополнительно содержащий этанол.
19. Набор для обработки биопротезных тканей, содержащий два отдельных продукта, а именно: первый продукт, содержащий циклодекстрин, и второй продукт, содержащий этанол.
