Claims (23)

1. Гранулированный материал, содержащий гидрофобизированный диоксид кремния и по меньшей мере один замутнитель, обеспечивающий светопоглощение в ИК-диапазоне, характеризующийся трамбовочной плотностью, составляющей не более 250 г/л, и пределом прочности на сжатие согласно DIN EN 826:2013 при 50% сжатии, составляющим от 150 до 300 кПа или более 300 кПа, где предел прочности на сжатие измерен в слое квадратной формы с длиной кромки 200 мм и высотой слоя 20 мм.
2. Гранулированный материал по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что замутнитель, обеспечивающий светопоглощение в ИК-диапазоне, выбран из группы, состоящей из карбида кремния, диоксида титана, диоксида циркония, ильменитов, титанатов железа, оксидов железа, силикатов циркония, оксидов марганца, графитов, углеродной сажи и их смесей.
3. Гранулированный материал по п. 1 или 2, характеризующийся удельной поверхностью по методу BET, составляющей от 50 до 400 м2/г.
4. Гранулированный материал по любому из пп. 1-3, характеризующийся трамбовочной плотностью, составляющей от 100 до 240 г/л.
5. Гранулированный материал по любому из пп. 1-4, характеризующийся пределом прочности на сжатие согласно DIN EN 826:2013 при 50% сжатии, составляющим от 300 до 2000 кПа, где предел прочности на сжатие измерен в слое квадратной формы с длиной кромки 200 мм и высотой слоя 20 мм.
6. Гранулированный материал по любому из пп. 1-5, характеризующийся теплопроводностью, составляющей менее 50 мВт/(м⋅K) согласно EN 12667:2001, измеренной в слое при средней температуре измерения, составляющей 10°C, контактном давлении, составляющем 250 Па, в атмосфере воздуха и при стандартном давлении.
7. Гранулированный материал по любому из пп. 1-6, отличающийся тем, что диоксид кремния был получен с помощью пирогенных способов.
8. Гранулированный материал по любому из пп. 1-7, характеризующийся смачиваемостью метанолом с содержанием метанола от 10 до 60% по весу в смеси метанол/вода.
9. Способ получения гранулированного материала, содержащего гидрофобизированный диоксид кремния и по меньшей мере один замутнитель, обеспечивающий светопоглощение в ИК-диапазоне, включающий следующие стадии:
a) смешивание гидрофильного диоксида кремния с по меньшей мере одним замутнителем, обеспечивающим светопоглощение в ИК-диапазоне;
b) уплотнение смеси, полученной на стадии a), с получением гранулированного материала;
c) подвергание гранулированного материала, полученного на стадии b), термообработке при температуре от 200 до 1200°C;
d) гидрофобизация гранулированного материала, подвергнутого термообработке на стадии c), с помощью гидрофобизирующего средства.
10. Способ получения гранулированного материала, содержащего гидрофобизированный диоксид кремния и по меньшей мере один замутнитель, обеспечивающий светопоглощение в ИК-диапазоне, включающий следующие стадии:
a) смешивание гидрофильного диоксида кремния с по меньшей мере одним замутнителем, обеспечивающим светопоглощение в ИК-диапазоне;
b) уплотнение смеси, полученной на стадии a), с получением гранулированного материала;
c) обработка гранулированного материала, полученного на стадии b), аммиаком;
d) гидрофобизация гранулированного материала, обработанного аммиаком на стадии c), с помощью гидрофобизирующего средства.
11. Способ по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что стадию c) проводят при 800-1000°C.
12. Способ по любому из пп. 9-11, отличающийся тем, что после стадии b), и/или c), и/или d) следует отделение фракций гранулированного материала различного размера друг от друга.
13. Способ по любому из пп. 9-12, отличающийся тем, что гидрофобизирующее средство, используемое на стадии d), выбрано из группы, состоящей из галогенсиланов, алкоксисиланов, силазанов и силоксанов.
14. Гранулированный материал по любому из пп. 1-8, получаемый с помощью способа по любому из пп. 9-13.
15. Применение гранулированного материала по любому из пп. 1-8 в смесях и/или составах для теплоизоляции.
