Claims (3)

1. Способ однореакторного синтеза для изготовления каталитической композиции, включающей цеолит, имеющий CHA структуру, с молярным соотношением диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминию (SAR) от 45 до 85, и атомным соотношением меди к алюминию, по меньшей мере, равное 1,25, включающий в себя: формирование реакционной смеси, содержащей источник диоксида кремния, источник оксида алюминия, первый органический шаблонный реагент для CHA в виде металл-аминного комплекса меди, второй иной органический шаблонный реагент для CHA и зародыши кристаллов; нагревание реакционной смеси для облегчения кристаллизации и осаждения кристаллов каталитической композиции; и сбор, промывка и сушка кристаллов .
2. Способ по п.1, в котором металл-аминный комплекс меди представляет Cu-тетраэтиленпентамин (Cu-TEPA), а второй иной органический шаблонный реагент для СНА представляет собой N,N,N-диметилэтилциклогексиламмония (DMECHA).
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором реакционная смесь свободна от фтора.
