Claims (30)

1. Система аддитивного производства, содержащая:
ванну, выполненную с возможностью удержания подаваемой смолы;
формовочную поверхность, расположенную внутри ванны;
печатающую головку, выполненную с возможностью выпуска покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента на формовочную поверхность; и
источник энергии, выполненный с возможностью облучения смолы на поверхности покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента энергией отверждения.
2. Система аддитивного производства по п.1, дополнительно включающая в себя улучшитель отверждения, выполненный с возможностью по меньшей мере частично отверждать матрицу в покрытом матрицей непрерывном усиливающем элементе перед облучением смолы.
3. Система аддитивного производства по п.2, дополнительно включающая в себя подъемник, выполненный с возможностью постепенного опускания покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента в подаваемую смолу.
4. Система аддитивного производства по п.3, в которой формовочная поверхность является перфорированной для того, чтобы пропускать смолу из секции ванны, находящейся ниже формовочной поверхности, в секцию ванны, находящуюся выше формовочной поверхности, во время постепенного опускания покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента.
5. Система аддитивного производства по п.2, дополнительно включающая в себя клапан, перемещаемый для постепенного повышения уровня подачи смолы внутри ванны после выпуска покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента.
6. Система аддитивного производства по п.1, дополнительно включающая в себя основание, выполненное с возможностью перемещения печатающей головки внутри ванны.
7. Система аддитивного производства по п.6, дополнительно включающая в себя контроллер, сообщающийся с печатающей головкой, источником энергии и основанием, при этом контроллер выполнен с возможностью чередования отвержденных слоев покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента с отвержденными слоями смолы.
8. Система аддитивного производства по п.6, дополнительно включающая в себя контроллер, сообщающийся с печатающей головкой, источником энергии и основанием, при этом контроллер выполнен с возможностью обеспечения отверждения всех слоев покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента перед отверждением смолы на поверхности покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента.
9. Система аддитивного производства по п.1, в которой источник энергии представляет собой по меньшей мере одно из верхнего ультрафиолетового прожектора, лазера и генератора электронного луча.
10. Система аддитивного производства по п.9, в которой:
формовочная поверхность является по меньшей мере частично прозрачной; и
система аддитивного производства дополнительно включает в себя второй источник энергии, выполненный с возможностью облучения смолы на поверхности покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента энергией отверждения через формовочную поверхность.
11. Система аддитивного производства по п.1, дополнительно включающая в себя источник газа, выполненный с возможностью создания барьера для кислорода у поверхности смолы внутри ванны.
12. Способ аддитивного производства композитной структуры, содержащий:
выпуск из печатающей головки покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента на формовочную поверхность;
погружение покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента в смолу; и
облучение смолы на поверхности покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента энергией отверждения.
13. Способ по п.12, дополнительно включающий в себя облучение матрицы в покрытом матрицей непрерывном усиливающем элементе энергией отверждения для того, чтобы по меньшей мере частично отверждать матрицу перед погружением покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента в смолу.
14. Способ по п.13, дополнительно включающий в себя постепенное опускание покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента в смолу.
15. Способ по п.14, дополнительно включающий в себя прохождение смолы через формовочную поверхность во время постепенного опускания покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента.
16. Способ по п.13, дополнительно включающий в себя постепенное повышение уровня смолы внутри ванны, вмещающей в себя формовочную поверхность.
17. Способ по п.16, дополнительно включающий в себя перемещение печатающей головки внутри ванны.
18. Способ по п.12, дополнительно включающий в себя чередование отвержденных слоев покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента с отвержденными слоями смолы.
19. Способ по п.12, дополнительно включающий в себя по меньшей мере частичное отверждение всего покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента перед отверждением любой смолы на поверхности покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента.
20. Способ по п.12, в котором облучение смолы на поверхности покрытого матрицей непрерывного усиливающего элемента энергией отверждения включает в себя направление энергии отверждения через формовочную поверхность.
21. Способ по п.12, дополнительно включающий в себя создание барьера для кислорода на поверхности смолы.
